YAY!!! I think one love one encounter is probably my fav FF, becuase i read it god knows how many times already and i never get bored!!!

(A/N) No, I'm not defying the way Balaji or Harshiti have portrayed this scene, it will probably go down in history as one of their best confrontations, personally though, I felt there was something lacking that we see in a Premeer scene, my screen didn't light up the way it always does, as Kimz mentioned maybe it was the background music? I don't know, but this is just my small one shot of how I interpreted the whole thing!😳

He didn't want to follow her. He was perfectly content staying with his nephew. At least he didn't have to pretend when he was with Vikas, but when it came to Heer he hated putting up this wall of pretense. He loved her, more than she could ever realize, that was why he just couldn't stay away from her. He had to come back to his family, to those who loved him and cared.

"Kya hua Prem?" Heer asked as she shuts the door after they walk in.

"Why are you calling me Prem? Maine tumse kaha hain, ke bhale mein bahar sabke liye Prem hoon, lekin yahaan is band darwaze ke peeche mein sirf Gaurav hoon," he growled at her.

"Itna ghusa kyun hote ho?" Heer came to him from behind and put her arms around him.

"Choro mujhe! Tumhe sharam nahi aati?" Prem took her arms and pushed her to the side. "Tum ek anjan aadmi ke saath?" He turned around his eyes overwhelmed with the pain he felt. "I can't even believe you would do this. Kabhi socha hain Prem ko kaisa lagta?"

"Prem to jaa chuka hain na?" Heer steps closer.

This hurt her, why wouldn't he accept that he was HER Prem; didn't he think she could feel it was him? Why was he constantly pushing her away? When she had first seen him, she had felt it in her heart, Prem was back. Prem would make everything right, but then he had disappeared into the Rajasthani sands. But again when she had seen him at Shiv Mandir, she knew it was really him. There was a reason god had sent him and her there at the same time, back to a place where their hearts had collided despite her constant plea to run away and never look back, she had left a part of her with him.

"Ja chukka hain to bhi uski aatma ko koi farak nahin parega?" Prem turned around and snarled at her. "Tumhi to kehti thi na, ke tumhare Prem ke jaise koi aur nahin is duniya mein, to phir tum yeh sab--kyun? Kyun kar rahi ho?" Prem shook his head and walked away to the opposite side of the room.

He couldn't take it anymore, why was his Heer acting like this? With another person? Didn't she care about the love she shared with him? He had never once laid a hand on her with the wrong intentions, despite letting her believe that he was HER Prem, than why was she all of a sudden so desperate for this OTHER type of love. Could it--could she have known that it was indeed Prem? Was that why she was remembering all the old memories and trying to bring him closer to her? Why was she aggravating him like this? He already couldn't stand to be away from her and now she was deliberately TRYING to entice him?

As he slowly turned around he could see her slumped down on the wall her head in her hands and her whole body shaking as she tried to control her tears.

"Heer," Her name slipped out through his lips, in spite of him trying not to show her any compassion.

Why was she doing this? She had to know that every time he'd see her with tears in her eyes or even just a flicker of pain, he felt a piece of him dying alongside. This was agony; he just couldn't bear staying away from her anymore. SHE herself was the reason he stayed away from her. He had seen what it had done to her when she had first thought he had passed on, but a second time, he couldn't even imagine what would happen to HIS Heer then. Everything would wait. Time could stand still, because when he was with her nothing else mattered.

She looked up, her face stained with tears. "Don't take one step towards me. Tum to Gaurav ho na? Mere rone se tumhe kya farak parta hain?"

"Heer--tum jaanti ho ke main tumhari aankhon mein dard nahi dekh sakhta," Prem sighed as he slipped down next to her. "Tum--you shouldn't have done this."

Heer sniffled as she felt his hand take hers, as she looked up to his face she saw his eyes intent on her hand. But his eyes were glistened with tears. "Prem,"

He slowly looked up at her, their hands still interlocked. "I don't know why,"

"Maine--maine kuch poocha bhi nahi," Heer said.

Prem smiled as he used his other hand to wipe her tears away. "Tumne nahi poocha, lekin tumhari aankhein yehi sawaal kar rahe hain mujhe, I am sorry Heer. I've caused you innumerable amounts of pain, and yet all I can say is sorry, and hope that somewhere in your heart, you've kept our love alive,"

Heer shook her head. "Humare pyar gaya hi kab tha?"  She slowly turned her body to fully face him and she engulfed him in a hug that just showed him all their love put together in one action.

He knew she was never going to let go and for the time being, he never wanted to let her go either.

Heer, Prem ka prateek hain, aur Prem sabse zyaada Heer mein hi samaya hain.

*bites lip* How was it? I'm ready to take all the jhoota's for it if anyone didn't like it. I just had to let out my feelings for the scene!😳

Yeaa Meera, I'm so glad you put this together, going to be so much easier for all of us!

omgg....Dard. What an apt title. It honestly sent shivers down my spine, I love all your titles, somehow they always play a huge part in the story and this was no exception!

I agree with you, while this scene was just WOW, it was just something lacking, couldn't put my finger on it! But you wrote it so well, with all the emotions playing right, THE Prem would have never been able to live if Heer was crying and all...
