Okay so before anyone makes any assumptions I'm going to explain the one shot first. Maddz wanted one on Chahat and Prem since I'm sure she saw the SBS video and so she asked and I didn't say no...cus well I'm kinda weird 😛 Anyways it's about how after Heer and Prem are okay with each other and they are a family again and this is based on the first time Prem has to be alone with Chahat. Keep in mind he hasn't seen her grow up or anything in these 6 years. Anyways Enjoy! 😃

"Wait Heer! Main kaise?" Prem sighed as Heer was putting her purse on her shoulder.
She smiled at him and walked up to where he was sitting on the bed and cupped his face. "Woh humari beti hain Prem. You'll be fine."
"And if I'm not?" He asked.
She shook her head as she walked away from him. "If you're not—then..." she shrugs and smiles before leaving.
Prem pouted as he got up from the bed and walked to the dresser. He took in his clothes and shook his head.
You're a father now Prem...dress like it. He took off his blazer and looked at his sweater then he shook his head. Maybe a t-shirt? He rummaged through his closet and only found long button down shirts. He rolled his eyes and went back to the dresser. "Maybe my hair shouldn't look so good either," He ran his hands through his hair before going to meet his daughter again.
Akele hum, akele tum
Jo hum tum sang hain to phir kya gham
Tu mera dil, tu meri jaan
He peeked around the door to Chahat's room and saw her sitting with her favourite stuffed toy.
"Pata hain Shona; Mumma aaj bahar gayi hain, lekin main unke saath nahin hoon,"
Prem smiled as he heard his daughter use the same name that Heer would call her with occasionally. His adorable 5 year old daughter sat there holding on to her brown bear tightly.
"Aaj pehli baar papa aur main ghar mein akele hain. Lekin mujhe pata nahin ke woh mere saath khelne aayenge ya nahi,"
Tu maasoom, tu shaitaan
Prem felt his heart melt for his daughter. Of course he'd play with her. He quietly stepped into the room grabbing one of the stuffies from the cabinet.
"Main to aapni beti ke saath zaroor kehlunga," Prem sat down and crossed his legs right across from Chahat.
He saw how her big beautiful got wide seeing her father sit down across her.
"Papa aap?"
He nodded and then took out the bear from behind his back. "Dekha Teddy? Meri beti to mujhe dekh kar heraan hain."
Chahat quickly shook her and smiled. "Aapne Teddy naam rakha?"
Tu mera dil, tu meri jaan
"Aacha hain?" Prem asked.
She nodded. "Cute hain."
"Bilkul tumhari tara," Prem pinched her nose.
Akele hum, akele tum
Jo hum tum sang hain to phir kya gham
Tu mera dil, tu meri jaan
Chahat smiled back at him. "Papa, aap che saal ke liya kahan the?"
Tu maasoom, tu shaitaan
Prem couldn't resist and put the Teddy to the side and pulled his daughter into his lap and held her protectively in his arms.
"Beta, jo hua na? Usse bhool jao," He hugged her tightly. "Mujhe itni itni ITNI khushi hain ke ab tum mere saath ho!"
Chahat turned her body and looked up at Prem. "Saachi?"
"Muchi," Prem kissed the tip of her nose before pinching her cheeks.
Maan lo kal jo yeh saari duniya
Saath mera nahin degi
Kaun hai phir meri manzil ka hamsafar
He watched her play with her dollhouse and silently just admired her.
She had her mother's hair but he saw the smile. That was all his; mostly innocent with a touch of naughtiness.
If anyone had told him before that he'd have a daughter right now he wouldn't have believed them but seeing his little Chahat in front of him made him realize what people meant when they said having a child means having someone you love more than life itself. He had two people who he loved unconditionally like that. Heer and Chahat, the only people who mattered in his life.
Aaj lage kitna haseen
Apna jahan, apna sama
He just smiled as he saw his adorable daughter's mother walk in through the door and slide down to sit next to him.
His hand found her's and they both intertwined their fingers just watching their daughter.
"I'm sorry Prem," Heer said finally.
"Kisliye?" Prem asked turning to face her.
"For not telling you about Chahat,"
Prem took her face in his hands and leaned his forehead against hers. "Heer, at least we're together now."
Akele hum, akele tum
Jo hum tum sang hain to phir kya gham
"Mumma!" Chahat giggled as she ran towards her mother and sat down right in between her parents.
Prem could not be happier. He had his wife, his Heer with him.
Tu mera dil, tu meri jaan
But now he had even more happiness in the forms of his daughter; his pyar ki nishani with Heer.
His Chahat.
Tu maasoom, tu shaitaan
He put his arms around both of them and smiled before kissing both of their cheeks. This was his family; his perfect little family.
So how was it? 😳 It's my first shot after a mental breakdown that I officially do not want to remember anymore!😳 Thanks Bhav for proofing! *hugs*
