You don't really need to read that one, but the basis is theat Heer's pregnant. Although in this one I've tried to keep it light and fluffy, and it has both Premeer and Meet! đ There's also a surprise cameo! đ So I hope the special person enjoys that as well! đđłđł

Prem was pacing the long hallway that just couldn't seem to get longer. His ears were longing to hear the cry of a newborn baby but sadly there was nothing yet. He couldn't forget that panic he had been through when Heer's water broke this morning;

They had both woken up with the sun rays hitting their faces and the immediate smiles when they saw each other but then suddenly everything changed as Heer started, 'leaking' as Prem called it. He quickly got out his cell phone and called the ambulance, and then he attempted to carry his VERY pregnant wife down the stairs.
"Remind me again--why we didn't shift to a room downstairs," He asked as he carried her.
"Mujhe kyun pooch rahe ho?" Heer made a face. "Maine to kaha tha--tum the jo zid leke bethe hue the,"
As they reached downstairs the rest of the family had gathered at the front of the stairs. "Kya hua Prem?" Gayatri asks as Heer yelps out in pain.
"Lagta hain didi ko labour pains shuru hogaye hain," Meher says happily, holding onto Preet's arm who looked down at her and smirked seeing at how excited she was.
"Haan--" Prem says as he carries her out the door towards the ambulance.
When Prem and Heer get into the ambulance Preet just started laughing.
"Kya hua?" Kiran asked.
"PB bhi ajeeb hain,"
"Kyun?" Kulraj asked.
"Jab ambulance bulaya hi liya hain--to phir bhabhi ko upar se neeche lane ka kya faida? Bequaar mein apni kamre todwane ka shoq hain," Preet laughed.
"Preet! Chup karo," Meher hit him on the hand and they all went towards the cars.

Prem couldn't believe that all happened just a mere four hours ago. Heer had been in a patient room for the past three hours and now she had been shifted to emergency, since there was some complication with the birth of the baby.
Preet saw his brother pacing around and so he shook his head and walked to him. "Kya hua PB?"
"Pre--Preet, sab theek hoga na?" Prem asks a fear building in his eyes.
"Bilkul bhaiyya," Preet smiles and puts both his hands on Prem's shoulders. "Bhabhi aur bacha dono bilkul theek honge,"
"Saach?" Prem asks and so Preet nods.
"Don't worry PB." He takes Prem back to the sitting area and then they both see a nurse come out of the emergency room.
"Aradhna, wait up one second." Preet goes up to her and smiles.
"Preet? Tum yahaan?" She grins up at him.
"Haan woh jo andar hain woh meri bhabhi hain." Preet tells her and then turns to Prem. "Prem this is Aradhna, or Radz as we call her; she's a nurse here and Radz this is my Prem bhaiyya, Heer's husband."
"Nice to meet you," Radz puts her hand slowly into Prem's who was trembling still.
"Woh kaisi hain?" He nods towards the emergency room.
Radz looks at Prem and smiles. "Bilkul theek. Iss waqt woh hosh mein nahin hain, aur hum waise bhi c-section kar rahe hain,"
All this seemed to go past Prem's head as he went back to pacing the halls. Radz smiled as she walked past them all to the nurse's station. Preet shrugged and walked back to sit down next to Meher while Kulraj and Ma were down but the temple.
"Kya kaha nurse ne?" Meher asked.
"Tumhari di, bilkul theek hain," Preet reassured her.
"Really? Then why is Prem jiju still pacing?" Meher asked, raising her eyebrow.
"You know him...jab tension Heer bhabhi ke liya hoti hain..to woh ek jaaga bhet nahi sakhte," He told her as she smiled. "Waise Meher?"
"Hmm?" she turned to face him.
He leaned towards her left ear and whispered. "Humara angel kab hoga?"
"Angel?" Meher asked.
"Haan," Preet whispered back and then gestured rocking a baby in his arms.
Meher started giggling. "Woh mujhe pata tha--lekin tumhara bacha kabhi angel nahi hoga,"
"Kyun nahi?" Preet pretended to pout. "Tum kya lagta hain? Main sweet nahin hoon kya? Waise bhi woh tumhara bhi bacha hoga...angel hi hoga!'
"Maine aisa to nahin kaha na?" Meher tried to stifle her laugh.
"Matlab yehi tha," Preet frowned.
Meher smiled and put her hand under his chin to make him look at her. "Dekho--agar tum khud bacha ban jaoge--to main do do bache ko kaise sambhalongi?"
"Don't worry--main madat karunga na?"Preet grinned and puts his arms around her as Radz walked past, smiling at the both of them.
A few minutes later they hear the crying of a baby and Prem stops in his steps and rushes to the door. Radz slowly walks out holding a freshly cleaned baby girl, and is about to hand it to Prem when Preet comes in between. "Pehle chacha ko do!" He whines as Radz smiles and hands the baby girl into his waiting arms.
"Hi my little angel. Main tumhe itna pyar karunga ke tumhe apne papa ka pyar bhi kam lagega," He winks at Prem who just gazes at the tiny baby in Preet's arms while Meher croons at her. Prem smiles at both of them and goes into the patient room to be with Heer.
"Thank you," he whispers slowly to her as she nods with tears in her eyes. "Hey--tum ro kyun rahi ho? Aaj to kitna khushi ka din hain na?"
Heer nods and smiles. "Where's my little baby?"
"Aapne chacha chachi ke paas." Prem tells her.
"Masi," Heer corrects him.
"Nahi, chachi," Prem smiles.
"Masi!" Heer argues.
"Chachi!"
"Masi!"
Preet and Meher both walk in, with Meher holding her little niece in her arms. "Yeh dono lad kyun rahe hain?"
Preet just shrugs as he gets hold of the baby's hand.
"Di! Di!" Meher says loudly. "Hum baad mein decide kare?"
Heer looks at Prem and then back at their little daughter and smiles putting out her arms for her.
Meher slowly gives Heer her daughter, backing away watching the joy on Heer's face, while she and Prem looked at each other and then gazed at their daughter together.
Both Preet and Meher walked out of the room to give the new family a few moments together.
"So--kya kehti ho?" Preet asks.
"Kis baare mein?" Meher asks.
"An angel of our own?" Preet smirks at her as she immediately blushes and hits his shoulder.
How was it? I tried keeping both couples in it....I don't know if it worked or not! đ This is basically for everyone who wanted a sequel to the one where Heer was pregnant! đ Hope you all liked it! đ
