The episode begins with Suchu informing Noina that the situation hasn't changed; Mihir will remain with Tulsi. Noina responds by stating her determination to get Mihir and Tulsi divorced. Suchu sees this as a difficult task, considering Mihir is returning to Tulsi.
Tulsi reminds Mihir of his responsibilities
After crossing Surat, Tulsi asks Mihir to stop the car and calls Sobha for a ride. Sobha informs Tulsi they're on a different route. Mihir reveals he took a shortcut, prompting Tulsi to dismiss Sobha. Sobha realizes her father's cleverness, while Noina learns about the shortcut, becoming annoyed. Mihir urges her to calm down and tells her to go home, promising to meet her later. Suchi reminds Noina of Mihir's cunning, and Noina tells her to relax. Mihir asks Tulsi to accompany him, but Tulsi prefers to go alone. Mihir insists that she won't find transportation on this road, offering to drop her off, but Tulsi insists on going by herself.
Tulsi handed Mihir the Ganpati murti, insisting he keep it as Babji had given it to him. She was leaving, and Mihir requested she come with him, taking her luggage. As they prepared to part, Tulsi reminded Mihir about the car he'd given her on their anniversary, joking it hadn't given him trouble yet, to which Tulsi retorted, "One day it will." Mihir played music, trying to ease the tension. Tulsi's mind wandered to Mihir's past betrayals - Mandira and Noina. When they reached Mumbai, Tulsi told Mihir to stop. Handing him the murti, she praised his decision to separate Angad from the family, protecting him from suffering. She reminded Mihir to care for Pari and Ritik, and not to cheat Noina, thanking him for the ride. Mihir hid his pain behind a mask.
Pari confronts Ranvijay
Pari confronts Ranvijay regarding his actions, specifically the presence of another woman in their home during her absence. Ranvijay, in response, rebuffs her, ordering her to stay away. The discovery of a lipstick mark on the bedsheet fuels Pari's anger, leading her to accuse Ranvijay of betrayal and demand a divorce. Ranvijay's reaction escalates, as he raises his hand, but Ritik intervenes, protecting Pari and confronting Ranvijay. A heated exchange follows between Ritik and Ranvijay. Ritik then informs Mihir about Ranvijay's violent gesture. However, Mihir, acknowledging Ranvijay's marital status with Pari, suggests they handle the situation privately. This sequence reveals the complexities of their relationships.
Mihir, in a moment of protective resolve, hands Pari a sandal, urging her to confront Ranvijay. He encourages her to stand up for herself, promising his unwavering support and urging her not to be afraid. Pari locks eyes with Ranvijay and Ritik, as Sobha offers her silent encouragement. As Pari prepares to strike, memories of Garima flood her mind, causing her to hesitate. She then sends Garima away to play, seeking to protect her innocence. Ranvijay, however, exploits Garima to manipulate Pari, preying on her vulnerabilities. Sobha steps in to comfort Pari, offering solace and strength in the face of Ranvijay's manipulative tactics. The scene is a powerful portrayal of the complexities of familial relationships.
Angad blames Pari
Tulsi, in a moment of concern, informs Angad about Pari's struggles, highlighting her loneliness and poor health. Angad, however, places the blame squarely on Pari's shoulders. Vrinda, in contrast, suggests a more empathetic approach, urging them to consider Pari's perspective. Tulsi aligns herself with Vrinda, choosing to offer her support to Pari. She then turns to Ranvijay, imploring him to understand Pari's emotional pain. Tulsi clarifies that she will make a final decision regarding the situation after the conclusion of the exhibition.
In the precap, Tulsi reveals to Mihir and Noina that Bandhej is an initiative to empower women to confront men like Mihir. Noina challenges Tulsi, and Tulsi accepts the challenge.
