1. About IndiaForums

IndiaForums is an entertainment media and community platform operated from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

IndiaForums may provide:

2. Eligibility

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using IndiaForums, you represent that:

3. User Accounts

However, by submitting User Content to IndiaForums, you grant IndiaForums a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, promote and make available such content in connection with the operation, improvement and promotion of the Services.

You represent that:

you own or have necessary rights to submit the User Content;
your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights;
you have obtained necessary permissions from identifiable persons appearing in your content.

IndiaForums does not guarantee confidentiality for User Content submitted to public or interactive areas of the platform.

IndiaForums does not endorse User Content and is not responsible for its accuracy, safety, legality or reliability.

IndiaForums reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review, edit, moderate, remove, restrict or refuse any User Content at its discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through IndiaForums, other than User Content, including articles, text, logos, trademarks, designs, layouts, graphics, photographs, videos, software, databases, code and platform features, are owned by or licensed to IndiaForums and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

IndiaForums may, in the ordinary course of entertainment journalism, reporting, commentary, criticism, review, news coverage, promotion or public interest coverage, refer to or display limited third-party materials such as celebrity photographs, public social media posts, channel logos, show posters, film stills, trailers, screenshots, press materials, publicly available promotional assets, or embedded content.

21. Assignment

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Where applicable, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

23. General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and IndiaForums regarding your use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Failure by IndiaForums to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver of that provision.

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, employment or joint venture relationship between you and IndiaForums.
