Hello again! *waves* Yeah...don't worry this is my last one for awhile now! 😛 But this one is for a special person who has basically inspired these amazing surprise one shot ideas! 😃😳
Anyhow....ENJOY! 😃

The cold wind hit her hard as she stepped out of the bus. Her hair whisped around her face, hitting her in sharp angles. Stupid weather...it was so hot when I left the house and now look at it; GRRR She quickly put her hand on her skirt making sure it didn't start rising up in this stupid wind. She saw the school door open for her and so she ran, hoping she didn't trip or worse her skirt be lifted.
Hosh na khabar hai, yeh kaisa asar hai
Tumse milne ke baad dilbar
"Thank you!" she muttered quickly while looking down to smooth out her skirt.
"You're welcome." A husky voice sounds above her. She slowly looks up and sees a pair of chocolate eyes staring down at her in concern.
Without realizing she tripped and was about to slip on the ground when his arms came around her waist supporting her.
Who was this? He was like an angel for her. she smiled as she looked into his eyes again.
"Are you okay?" He asked, taking her out of her dream world, his eyebrows coming together showing his concern.
"I—uhh yeah." She said quickly as he lifted her back up.
Dard hai chubhan hai, kya deewanapan hai
Tumse milne ke baad dilbar
Haan, tumse milne ke baad dilbar
Dilbar dilbar, haan dilbar dilbar
"I'm Mayank; Mayank Sharma."
"Mayank!! Come on!" A girl came up to him and quickly pulled him away before he could stop her.
Watching him rush down the hallway and turn the corner she didn't know why but she felt that everything that just happened was simply a dream. She shook her head and headed to her locker.
"Maddy you're late! We've got physics," One of her friends called as she slipped inside a room.
"I'm coming," Maddy called as she slipped her jacket in the locker and grabbed her binders. She rushed to the physics room when the door abruptly shut. She felt sick. Mr. Horne always had a rule that if anyone was late—they'd be locked out and have to get the course work from someone else. "Oh no!" She wanted to knock on the door but Mr. Horne had the tendency to embarrass the person and still close the door on them. She didn't know what she should do—should she sit outside the room or just go down to the cafeteria and study. She decided on the latter as she grabbed her other binders and made her way down to the cafeteria to spend the next 85 minutes.
As she entered from the hallway she couldn't help but shake her head at how loud it was. Maybe I should go to the library, she told herself as she glanced around the room until her eyes stopped on one particular person.
Tu mera khwaab hai, tu mere dil ka qaraar
Dekh le jaaneman, dekh le bas ek baar
He was sitting right at the table next to the pillar but the best thing was that he was all alone. She decided to be a little bold and walked down the aisle and sat down on the opposite side of his table. She saw him look up and smile at her and then look back down at his book.
That was NOT the reaction she was hoping for. She made a small face and started pulling out her notebook from her shoulder bag and started going over her review questions while plugging in her headphones from her IPOD.
Ishq betaab hai, husn ki maheki bahaar
Dooriya kis liye, kis liye ab intezaar
A shadow came over her. "Sorry—I didn't realize it was you,"
She looked up and smiled as she saw him standing there leaning on the chair. "That's okay,"
"I was trying to finish up an assignment actually and so all my attention was on that." He defended himself.
"It's really okay Mayank," She smiled.
"Do you have a new spare or something—I've never seen you around before." He said.
She shook her head and groaned. "I'm actually supposed to be in physics class right now. Mr. Horne locked me out though,"
"Oh..." He nodded understandingly.
"Yeah—oh and sorry, I wanted to thank you before about helping me in the morning," she said quickly. "I was just really distraught and then you left suddenly,"
Mayank pulled out the chair and sat down across her, leaving her breathless—she was still confused as to why this super cool and intelligent guy was making conversation with her—someone he barely knew.
Hosh na khabar hai, yeh kaisa asar hai
Tumse milne ke baad dilbar
"Sorry—my friend needed some help with her chemistry homework and so she dragged me away."
"Oh—" She smiled not knowing what else to say anymore.
"Umm—I don't usually do this but—" Mayank started.
Her breath got caught in her throat—was he actually going to say something that she was dying to hear since the minute she saw him this morning.
Haan, tumse milne ke baad dilbar
She told herself off mentally. What was I thinking? I've just met him now—like he's going to ask me out,
"Well I have noticed you around in school and well I've wanted to get to know you—and over dinner seems like the best way if you're interested."
Dard hai chubhan hai, kya deewanapan hai
Tumse milne ke baad dilbar
Haan, tumse milne ke baad dilbar
She was blown away by his direct proposal—was he serious?
"Mayank—I... you don't even know my name."
"That's what you think." He winked at her. "Madhuri right?"
Her mouth dropped open. "How—how did you know?"
"I'm friends with Aradhna—she told me one day when we saw you in the library," Mayank smiled back at her.
Maddy shut her mouth. She was definitely going to NEED to talk to Radz as soon as she found her "I—okay."
"Great," Mayank got up and Maddy wquickly interrupted him. "You don't have to go—" Mayank came back and leaned down towards her. "I wasn't leaving—I was bringing my stuff here,"
"Oh," Maddy just smiled, cursing herself for her quick interpretation.
As he walked towards his stuff Maddy couldn't help but thank god for the crazy weather thanks to which he held the door open for her and caught her in his arms. Strong armsshe added. Nature had a weird way of doing things in her favour.
*cringes* I don't think it's that great...and Maddy here's a hint, imagine it the way I imagined it in my head, you entered through the doors by the staircase C (?) I think? Near the bus stop, and then the pillar he's sitting by is closest to the right when you enter by the business office!😳 *teehee* Hope you see it the same way I imagined it! 😃 I know you're probably going to say the same thing that you don't need another one shot--but this one just seemed perfect for you! 😃 Hope you liked it! 😃 *hugs*
Love you all loads,
Meera😳
