*Season 2, Week 28* Analysis Thread

Welcome to the weekly analysis thread, where we dissect the heck out of the characters, situations, and the possibilities for the leap! This thread is dedicated to in-depth character and story analysis in this new phase of the show. Let's explore how the show, in its complexity makes us think. We leave the thread open-ended so that we can discuss varied topics with each other in a more informal way, and new thread begins every Sunday evening for ongoing discussions as the week unfolds. Spoiler pic of stunning Sona in red . The colour relates to passion, desire, luv, anger, determination n so on. Hpe the same falls in the show too.

I really liked Dev's outburst to Sonakshi. It's true to his character. But I cudn agree with Dev that Sonakshi's luv is less than his. Sonakshi too luvs Dev equally but her way of expressing her luv is nt as powerful n visible as Dev. Character wise Dev is more emotional than Sona , ofcourse but that can't b the measuring tool for their luv.

Sona rushed to Dev wen that goon attack hapnd, without even informing anyone. If she approached that incident " dimag se " , she wud've informed Asha or anyone. Her only priority was to find his location n she rushed to his rescue. Being a practical girl , Sona uses dimag but doing things dil se. But she's nt very vocal bout this , nt in front of Dev until now. V badly need a scene wer Sona is nt in her senses but pouring her heart out to Dev.

Watever may happen in our life, v can adapt or adjust ourselves to that current state but v can never change the basic trait within us. It'll last till our end. Sona is the same girl who danced ecstatically wen she heard that dev didn want to get engaged to Natasha. She's the same girl who jumped with joy , " he luvs me, he luvs me, he luvs me " wen Dev confessed his luv to her. Sona's luv is like a deep stagnant lake, aptly pointed out by ishwari. Even though the lake is stagnant/still , a wind can make movements in the water . Dev, b that wind...b a cool breeze , nt a storm .

During the outburst , Dev said to Sona that if she calls him any time , he wud b @ her service without even thinking. But lemme remind u Dev, during the photoshoot , after getting the call from her investor/client, Sona did signalled Dev to come to her n he nodded too. But then his sisters asked to join them, he cudn object, then golu came & the photo session continued , meanwhile Sona left for her meeting. The rest is history . So that's life... dil se ho ya dimag se but v need to make some decisions, adjustments , compromises , acceptances n assurances in life .

The office fire/smoke scene was jst to show Dev's growing concern towards sonakshi, nothing else . I cudn relate to Sonakshi's character @ all. Fire alarm is ringing..Sonakshi asking to Dev ..kya huwa ?? Most of the offices , I think r providing mock fire drill etc to the employees or @ least some awareness of the same but Sonakshi ( the BOSS ) seemed quite ignorant. "Yeh aag kaha lagi , yeh kab huwa was apt there instead of kya huwa ". Okay, rehne doh .. Dev replied , "tumhari cabin me aag lag gayi ". Nt a single word from Sonakshi * face palm * I expected Sonakshi saying @ least "wat, wen " but alas !!! Dev looked like as if he ran out of the saloon in the middle of the hair cut to save his sona hearing aag, aag .😆 Jst joking !! But I must say he's looking much better now.

I'm nt getting a beautiful father daughter bonding scenes of Dev n Suhana oflate especially wen compared to Bigcha Golu moments. Dev is always said to b fond of choti bachiyaan from season 1 itself. Recently ,during Sona late night incident , Dev was shown putting Soha to sleep. Soha asked bout her mom saying that she always make her sleep by giving a goodnight kiss. Dev assured Soha that if she sleep, then he can go n fetch her mom. Scene wud ve been more appreciable if Dev giving soha a goodnight kiss saying "aaj papa will giv u one ". These r simple things that usually happens in our life which r very soothing n pleasing too. Soha is such a luvly , understandin adorable child unlike our Golu molu who didn listen to anyone , even his very own bigcha wen he was asked to stand with his parents during family photoshoot. But these two kiddoos r indeed the plus points of this show.

Bedroom scene of Devakshi clearly depicted their state of mind. Dev wanted to protect her in his subconscious mind too & Sona accepted the sweet gesture. But they need to sort out their differences first . I hpe, Dev ll recollect his words bout Sonakshi to Tina in season 1. Voh aisi ladki hai jinhe kisike sahare ki nahii, saath ki zarurat hai ". So better Dev , don't interfere in her job but giv her company bcoz she prefers u'r saath than sahara .

Dev n Vicky . Bhai- bhai scenes r getting more significant these days. "Kaam se chori karna is entirely different from kaam me chori karna. Let's c how Dev tackle Vicky. I'm expecting some visphodak episodes... Devakshi passionate patch up , exposure of Vicky . Kuch rang expectations ke aise bhi...😛
