So friends, as most of us agreed on a common drabble thread I m starting one. These stories can be about any character or couple of ramanaya,these are works of fiction. I really expect that everyone will contribute their stories too, if possible, to make this beautiful. As someone posts the next drabble I will start the index.

Lost in woods

"Where are u? shrutkriti can u hear me?"Shouted mandavi, but her voice got lost somewhere in the dense forest, and nobody answered. She shouted again but nothing happened. Suddenly she heard somebody's shriek, and instantly recognized it as shrutkriti's voice. She ran towards the direction of the sound.

Somewhere on the other side of the forest sita and urmila were looking frantically for their sisters. urmila said,"didi we need to call someone? We will never find them like this". Sita said,"I know Mithila's forest by heart, I am sure they are somewhere around, this forest is not as dense as it looks. We just need to look on the other side". After searching for more than an hour they indeed found their sisters. But in such a state that they never even imagined in their worst nightmares.

Mandavi and shrutkriti were lying unconscious. Sita and urmila ran towards them and tried to wake them up but in vain,urmila started crying after realizing what have happened. Sita suddenly recalled the route to a river nearby and she ran towards the direction to bring water. She found an empty old urn lying beside the river and collected some water and ran back to her sisters.

Sita sprinkled some water on shrutkriti's and urmila's face and after few longest minutes of sita's and urmila's life, their sisters opened their eyes. Mandavi narrated," I was searching for shrutkriti when I heard a shriek and ran towards it. I saw her lying unconscious and when I checked her feet I saw mark of a snake's bite. I knew if I didn't do anything immediately then the worst could happen so I had to suck out the venom and so I did. I didn't even realize when I started feeling dizzy ad after that I don't remember anything."

No words were exchanged for a few more minutes between the sisters, just a cascade of emotions which flowed out of their eyes. They got up to leave for their castle, as the trees in the forest witnessed the love o0f the beautiful sisters which would be remembered for ages to come.

Note:This is little longer than a drabble but couldn't write shorter. Feedback expected, one of my first works on IF so do tell me if I made any mistakes.😊

This was good. It did not look like ur first work . [=D>] Sisters and their bond is precious.

It was absolutely fantastic...SUPERB...👏👏 So simple yet enough to give you goosebumps everywhere.
