Hello,

Some of you will know me as Zarin and some of you will not know me at all. It's probably fair to say that, preferring to silently peruse the forums every once in a while and occasionally creep on its members, I may know a little more about you than you do me. But another (less unsettling) truth is that I've been meaning - and promising - to write a story based on Geet Hui Sabse Parayi for a long time (trust me, a long time). And now, since I've finally found the time and willpower to do so, I am. That being said, I will honestly declare that I am not likely to be a particularly regular updater - I would not bet on me -, although I will try.

I must admit that I am something akin to a protective Mother Hen and - if I may be vain enough to assume that I will actually have readers - I will not at all take kindly to any or all parts of my work being reproduced without my express permission. Plagiarism of this (or any) story is forbidden. I have neither a blog nor another currently active account so if anyone does happen to see my work posted through anything but this account, I will be extremely grateful if you let me know.

I now end this (surprisingly serious) note - kudos if you have made it this far, by the way - and would like to say hello and a warm welcome to anyone who wishes to stay :) I hope you enjoy yourself.

Ninand! I didn't realise you still visited this place! This really is a lovely surprise :) Now I'm really nervous! I do write, but to which quality is the real question ;)

Okay, fangirling over. Can I just say that I love your style of writing, every little detail jumped out at me. It was so easy to visualise the whole scene in front of me.

Who is this couple? Me thinking Dev and Geet now... but something about the intimacy at the beginning is very Maaneet-esque... but then again, why would they grow tired of each other? Or maybe it's Maan and Naintara *gasp* actually now I'm leaning more towards Maan and Naintara... Geet to me seems like the woman who can only be deeply intimate with one person (ahem Maan ahem)

But Maan, especially this Maan (who seems to be tired of dear wifey already) seems like he can easily get intimate with a woman once he's acquainted with her long enough.

I know A Levels are keeping you busy but please update this soon darling Zarin. I'll even throw in barfi for you when you do, I know how much you love it ;)

Haha, in all honesty, I hadn't planned for the couple's identity to be a Great Mystery, although it was initially ambiguous.

While the thought of barf-i is appealing, you need not bribe me, my darling Fozia. This is turning out to be rather addictive as it is. Now whether that's a boon or bane is a different story altogether ;)

And fikar not, it definitely counts as the first comment :D
