NT is with them DM tells Darjee and Brij that she is happy that Geet is her Daughter in law Rest of the Handa family know the truth of Dev being married to NT and that Dev is Maan's bro other enteries till now are Pari DM's secretary Adi finance manger at KC and Pari's bro Pinky Receptionist at KC and Adi's wife Sameera Married to Maan 4 yrs back Vicky Maan's Bua's son left the house 3 months back; Maan was searching for him at HSPur will add photos later

story of the serial till episode #30 {courtesy www.starone.in}

A girl tries to run away from a bunch of men who are trying to kill her. They finally catch her and kill her. Geet rushes after college as somebody is coming home to see her at home. Geet's mother is worried as she has not yet returned from college. Geet goes to pick up her brother Titu. But they meet with an accident on their way back home. Here, Geet's friend Channi is missing. Darjee finds Channi's parents at the Gurudwara and tries to console them. Geet comes home without her dupatta, as she would have misplaced it after the accident. Darjee beats her for this reason.

A boy is supposed to come to see Geet. Darjee warns Geet to never repeat the mistake of forgetting to wear her dupatta again. Geet requests her mother Rano not to get her married so soon. Rano tells her that no one can go against Darjee's will. The boy's family arrives at Geet house. Dev's family is shocked to see Geet as she was the same girl they spotted in the fields without her dupatta. Darjee apologizes to Dev's family about Geet's immaturity. Everyone is shocked when Dev says that he was looking for a girl like Geet.

Dev's family accepts Geet as their daughter in law and they want the pre marriage ritual to take place in their village. Dev requests Darji to allow him to meet Geet privately. Dev is upset on learning that Geet doesn't want to shift to Canada after marriage.

Naintara requests Darjee to keep the relation discreet until the pre marriage ritual takes place. Rano learns that Geet has told Dev about her wish of not going to Canada after marriage. Darjee and family celebrate Lohri. Channi's mother questions Brij about Channi whom they killed.

Channi's mother curses Darjee's family for killing Channi. Dev assures Geet that he will keep her happy and Geet is impressed that Dev hasn't told his family about Geet's wish of not going to Canada. Dev gets a call from someone which upsets him and his family. Geet's family gets worried looking at them upset.

Dev tells Geet's family that he has to go on an urgent work to Cananda and that he will only return after a year. Darjee breaks the relationship as he cannot wait for an entire year. Mahinder requests Darjee to reconsider the decision but Darjee opposes. Rajji brings Geet outside to meet Dev. Brij spots Geet and Dev together and beats up Dev for meeting Geet outside.

Dev saves Geet from Darjee's anger. Police comes to Darjee's house to inquire about Channi who was killed by Brij. Darjee asks the police to bring proofs before questioning. Darjee asks Dev if he would like to get married to Geet in 3 days. Dev agrees for the marriage. The pre marriage rituals begin

Mahinder sends Geet outside with Dev. Geet is upset as she has to leave for Canada in three days. Naintara tells Rano that she couldn't buy enough jewels for Geet as they couldn't convert her dollars. Brij is rude to Geet. Dev requests Brij to behave himself with Geet. An anonomous caller tells Mahinder to meet her - she knows the truth about Dev's family. Mahinder spots Kamya stealing a neckpiece. Mahinder begins to doubt Dev's family.

Brij informs everyone about Dev's family heading towards Hoshiyarpur with their jewelries. They check for Dev and his family in his rest house but don't find them so they suspect them of running away. Dev's family surprises everyone by coming home with new jewels for Geet. Mahinder tells Darjee about the unknown call from a lady but Darjee opposes meeting her. Tito finds Rupinder's lost neck piece. Darjee tells Mahinder not to doubt Dev's family as they are respected people but Mahinder decides to meet the lady.

Dev calls Geet and requests her to meet him outside. Mahinder comes to meet the anonymous caller. The lady tells Mahinder that Dev's family had earlier harassed a family for dowry. Dev makes the meeting with Geet romantic and assures her that he will always keep her happy. Mahinder takes the lady home to prove it to Darjee about Dev's family's fraud. The lady sees Dev's family and retracks. Darjee is angry at Mahinder for insulting Dev's family

Dev's mother gets tensed thinking about the consequences if the lady exposed their fraud. Naintara says she bribed the lady before. Geet is impressed by Dev's concern. Both the families go shopping together. Geet goes to an astrologer who tells her that she is going to meet her life partner today. Dev calls Geet aside to meet but by the time she reaches he leaves. The families leave leaving behind Geet by mistake. Geet is followed by some goons, she tries to escape and bumps into a stranger.

The stranger doesn't help Geet from the guys initially but later on saves her from drowning. He decides to drop her back to her village when he sees her in a helpless situation. Geet tries to converse with the stranger but he avoids her. Geet's family reaches home and realizes that Geet is missing. Dev, Darjee and Others set out in search of Geet and on finding her abandoned on the road, Darjee and Brijscolds for being irresponsible.

Brij scolds Geet for seeking help from a stranger. The mehendi ritual takes place before the marriage. Mahinder overhears Kamya telling Dev's mother that they will fly to Canada soon after the marriage. Geet's family thinks Dev is going to go to Canada without Geet and questions him. Dev says that he is trying for Geet's VISA and that he will not go to Canada without her.

Dev's mother is worried as everything inauspicious is happening before marriage. She requests Dev to rethink about the marriage. Dev tells everyone that Naintara will go on behalf on Geet for the VISA interview. Naintara takes Geet's signature on blank pages before leaving. Geet is upset as she will be leaving her family and going to Canada. Dev's mother is against cheating Geet and her family so she decides to stop Geet's wedding as she doesn't want to spoil her life.

Naintara stops Dev's mother from stopping Geet and Dev's wedding. Geet and Dev get married. The stranger who helped Geet is shown searching for someone near the same temple where Geet is getting married. Darjee handovers the property papers of Geet to Dev. Everyone is shocked to see Kamya forcing her mother to accept the papers. Dev's mother is upset as she cannot see Geet's life being spoilt.

Everyone gets emotional during Geet's bidaai. Dev's mother feels guilty for cheating Geet. Dev and Geet's car breaks down and they walk through the jungle to reach a lodge to spend their night. Naintara tries to call up Dev but he doesn't respond which gets her angry. Naintara in anger tells Dev's mother that she is Dev's real wife and his marriage with Geet was forged.

Dev and Geet check in to a lodge to spend a night. Kamya and Naintara set out in search of Dev. Geet and Dev spend their first night. Naintara reaches the lodge and confronts Dev. Geet again bumps in to the same stranger who had earlier helped her. The stranger accuses Geet of being dependent and weak. Geet finds the stranger arrogant. The stranger wonders why Geet always enters his life unwittingly.

Dev tells Naintara that he will directly meet her at the airport. Dev brings Geet to the airport and checks in her luggage. Dev asks his family to sit in the waiting room till he brings the boarding passes. Naintara offers to have coffee. Maan is looking for a piece of land which belongs to Geet's family. Dev mixes a tablet in Geet's coffee.

Geet drinks the drugged coffee that Dev brings. Dev spills the remaining coffee on Geet's dress so she goes to the washroom. When Geet returns she doesn't find her family anywhere. Mahinder tries calling Dev but he doesn't respond. Geet searches for Dev and his family everywhere. Geet requests the security to let her board the flight but they don't allow her. The security help Geet find Dev by announcing for Dev. The tablet affects Geet and she starts feeling dizzy.

The security tells Geet that there is no one by name Dev who is going to Canada. Geet is shocked to hear this and she faints. Geet gains consciousness and realizes she is in jail. Geet requests the police to let her make a call and she calls up Mahinder. Darjee, Rukhwinder and Mahinder come to the jail. Darjee asks Geet the reason why she missed the flight. Dev and family are happy as the plan was successfully executed.

Brij finds out that Dev and family hasn't gone to Canada. Geet is in a shock and refuses to believe Dev's fraud. Mahinder asks Chinder, the matchmaker who got Dev's proposal for Dev's details. On forcing, she reveals that they bribed her to get them Geet's proposal.

Chinder tells Darjee that Dev's family had earlier left a proposal due to dowry. Darjee orders everyone to keep Geet's marriage a secret. Darjee tells Geet about Dev's fraud but she refuses to believe him. Maan comes to Darjee's house and says he has bought their land.

Rukhwinder and Rano tell Geet to forget Dev but she refuses to believe his fraud. Darjee regrets for not conducting a research on Dev's family before getting Geet married. Darjee tells Geet to remove the bridal wear in order to hide her marriage from the outsiders but she refuses.

Geet's family locks her when she doesn't give up her stubbornness. Geet gives up and removes her bridal wear. Geet apologizes to Darjee for arguing with him and agrees to forget Dev forever. She requests Darjee to allow her to go to college in order to divert her mind from Dev's thoughts and Darjee agrees.

Geet tells Rajji about her going out of the house to search Dev. Geet goes to the hotel where Dev stayed and inquires from the hotel manager about Dev's details. The manager gives Dev's Toronto number. Geet calls on the Toronto number and Naintara is shocked to hear Geet on the other line. Geet runs away from Brij on seeing him. Brij spots Rajji outside who tells him that Geet has gone in search of Dev.

Geet is shocked to learn that Maan has occupied her land. Maan shows the property papers to Geet which has her signatures. Geet remembers how Naintara took her signature on blank papers and realizes Dev's cheat and with shock she falls unconscious. The outsiders make fun of Geet when they see Maan carrying her home. Everyone is shocked when Channi's mother reveals about Geet's marriage.

Darjee is angry with Geet for embarrassing him in front of the outsiders. Darjee punishes Geet for her mistake. Geet admits that she has realized Dev's cheat and regrets for going against her family. Geet decides to seek revenge from Dev.

Everyone is shocked to see Maan home who has come to get Geet's signature on the property papers. Geet tears the property papers when Maan forcibly orders her to sign. Naintara fears that Geet might find out their Canada address and get them into problem. Geet burns Dev's memories.

Dev tells Naintara that they will have to go back to India as they have run out of money but she refuses as she fears Dev and Geet coming close. Geet tells her family that they should seek police help in order to get themselves justice and punish Dev. Maan gives a complaint in the police station against Geet regarding the property issue. Brij locks Geet in the store room as he doesn't want her to spoil the family name by going to the police.

Geet's family lies to Maan about Geet not being at home. On leaving Maan sees Geet locked in the store room and sneaks inside the store room. Geet agrees to sign on the property papers provided Maan gives out the details of the agent who sold the property to him in order to catch Dev. Maan doesn't agree to her condition and brings her out in front of her family to prove their lie. Brij tells Maan that he will get Geet's signature on the papers and will also give him more property if he agrees to marry Geet.
