Actress Yesha Harsora, who plays Tapasya in Jagadhatri, says the upcoming wedding track marks a major turning point for her character and brings a strong shift in the show’s dynamics. Talking about this phase, Yesha shared, “When Tapasya gets married, the main point is that she will enter a family whose financial background is much wealthier compared to the Nayaks. The wedding track is actually very interesting because her true colors slowly start showing in front of the Deshmukh family.” This new setting will push Tapasya into a world very different from the one she has known so far, which naturally leads to new tensions and challenges.

Yesha also explained that while the marriage begins as an arranged one, emotions slowly start to grow. “Although it is an arranged marriage, eventually, after several meetings with Rudra, she develops feelings for him. At times, she will lose her composure and reveal her true colors. She will eventually show her real self, which I think will be very interesting for the audience.”

Talking about her growing authority, Yesha added, “Tapasya will become more dominating. Traditionally, when a daughter in law enters a home after marriage, all the responsibilities, customs, and rules begin to follow her. However, Maya is a divorced woman who still lives in the Deshmukh house. So now Tapasya will try to change that and show the difference between a daughter and a daughter in law.”

She also hinted at emotional challenges ahead. “She will have many responsibilities. I think she mostly has Rudra’s support, but there is some friction because even he doesn’t go against Maya.
