When DM was entertaining The CID, Maan took Dev and NT along with Advocate and the security guards to the farthest room of the KM.
he tied Dev to a chair binding his hands to the hand rest and legs to the legs of the chair plus his waist to the back.
M: look NT you also have to remain here and listen to what the Adv. Has to say as this will effect you also, and mind do not loosen him or help him escape the chair, he may hurt you also, you have already seen the promo of what he can do
NT nodded me eking and settled on the near by chair
M: and guards remain just outside the room 2 of you guard the door, 2 each on each of the windows and mind if Dev escapes you all will rot in hell instead of him
The guards moved as instructed and took the positions.
Maan then got a call from DM and he went to join her in the hall as he also wanted to talk to Daya about all this. Not that he was not capable of handling this on his own, but he wanted genuine legal advice.
After Maan left the Adv. Started briefing Dev and NT
A: before I start telling you let me tell you one thing that your mother was not married to Late Mr. Devendra Khurana hence you are not his legal son and also not an heir to the Khurana's; your mother has been provided a monthly pension as in the capacity of being Maan's nanny and not in the capacity of your mother.
Dev was shocked to hear this, he always thought that the old man provided for them as he was ashamed of his son's deeds.
A: further I must tell you that the share you get in the Khurana's is given to you in the capacity of being a son to Maan Sir's nanny. Your Khurana surname has been given to you by late Mr. Manavendra Maan Sir's grand father; it is being clearly stated in the papers where he gives you the Khurana name that "as Pammi, who is a widow and has a daughter named Kamya when she came in service as Maan's nanny, has done a great job, she took care of little Maan when his mother passed away. But later she got involved in illegitimate relationship and hence had to be thrown out of job; she later came to the KM with Kamya and a small son whom she called Dev, as Savitri took pity on her she asked her to live in a apartment which was in her own name against her service she provided as a nanny. Later she also arranged for some pension for her. Some years later when her son faced difficulty getting admission Mr. Manavendra on her insistence gave Dev the Khurana name, but this does not make Dev a Khurana" the papers were duly signed by Manavedra, Savitri and Pammi along with two witnesses.
Dev and NT were both shocked
NT self thought: this means all my hard work went to drain he is a B***** and does not have any hold on the Khurana, OMG I just ruined my life, but no I will take divorce on this ground that he cheated me by telling me his false identity. And once I get out of him I will find a rich man and this time I will make it sure that he is really rich.
D self thought: now what will I do, but wait I still have 10% share
D to A: but I still have the Khurana Shares
A: no you no longer have them
D (shouted): how is this possible
A: those shares you had were held jointly by Savitri Devi and Pammi and you could not sell them. You only got the interest of that money.
D: now what has happened to them?
A: they have been legally transferred to Geet Handa.
D: WHAT??????????
NT: but that's not fair, what about me
A: NT you stand no where, you are nothing to Khurana's, it has further been stated in the document that "though Dev is given the Khurana surname, his wife or his children will have no hold on this surname; they may choose what they like, his wife will not be known as Mrs. Khurana but will be known as Mrs. Dev only and as for his children go they also will have a surname Dev and not Khurana"
NT was stunned: OMG I am not even a Khurana, Dev I will not leave you I will take you to the courts fro deceiving me, for marrying me on wrong grounds. And also I will launch a FIR against you for remarrying and forcing me to co-operate with you for the same, I will take you and your mother and that useless sister to jail, and I will also drag you to court for asking dowry; the money you took from my brother; it was nice that I have not destroyed the evidences that you took crores from my bro, you wait Mr. Dev you will pay for keeping me in dark
Dev dragged his chair and pounced on NT who fled immediately and settled behind the Adv. And yelled for help.
The security guards came and held Dev

Meanwhile as the team was leaving Maan asked Daya to remain

M: Daya I need some advice, can you leave kater
Daya: of course bolo
M: come I want to show you something
He took Daya to the study and showed him the tape and stamp papers from HSPur, meanwhile the recent tape also came and both the man saw it they were two tapes the one in which Dev was hitting Geet and NT and the other where the Adv. Was briefing the couple.
M: what do you think Daya
D: you got all the evidences
M: yes, but shall we go to the police?
D: why did you not go till now?
Maan told the conversation they had with the officer at HSPur
Daya went deep in thinking
did you like the fact that Dev is not a Khurana?
Daya now knows every thing and has seen how low Dev couyld stoop
what will he advice Maan?
now that it is clear that Dev does not hold anything as a Khurana
what will he do?
now that his Shares have been transferred to Geet
what will he do? will he hurt her?
what will NT do now?
she is the greatest looser all her plans going to drain
