Well, I planned to share this with you all before classes began. I had hoped to have completed writing at least 20 parts to the FF, but I've only written 4 so far. I can't seem to get out of writer's block lately. Anyways, I'm sharing this with you all now. Hopefully now that it's out there, I might be able to start writing updates again. Prologue
"Name?"
"Madhubala Malik."
"No. Your name?"
"Number Nine."
"That's better. Age?"
"25."
"Where'd you come from?"
"Oswald Orphanage."
"Family?"
"Dead."
"How?"
"Fire."
"How old were you?"
"15."
"How'd you survive?"
"Was out with friends."
"How'd the fire happen?"
"I'm not sure..."

I watched the bright fire blazing up to the sky like a bunch of dancing demons mocking me. With a glint of orange, the fire screamed and I had to hold back a sob of my own as I watched my home being engulfed by flames. It was a horrible site. It was as if all of my home's love was burning into a pandemonium of flames. Not much remained of my home. Whatever was left was a disturbing sight to say the least.
"Ma...Papa...Didu...?"
I frantically turned in a circle, searching for my family. I found myself surrounded by many unfamiliar faces, none of which were of my family. I looked towards our home, burned down to ashes. I rushed towards the first fireman I could see.
"Where's...where's my family?!"
"I'm sorry ma'am, but we couldn't save them."
I fell to my knees, losing hope.

I shuddered, pushing away the horrid memories invading my mind.
"Shamsher Malik."
"Mother's name?"
"Padmini Malik."
"Any other family members?"
"Trishna...my sister."
"All of them are dead?"
"Yes."
The man before me intimidated me with his smirk and malevolent attitude. I lowered my head, staring down at my hands in a nervous motion.
"Perfect. Bittuji, she's hired, tell her what to do."
"Yes Chief."
