Swaron fight on dinning table which show their love for each other. Sharon busy in reminding her beautiful moments with swayam.

Kriya come up with bomb blasting news in swaron life. Sharon don't want to show worry in her eyes cuz she know swayam can see that.

Chapter 2

Retail therapy is the best antidote for stress, they say and Sharon agreed. Shop till you drop was her mantra today. Unlike other committed couples, she never wanted Swayam to accompany her while shopping. She always loved to shop alone; it gave her peace of mind and the freedom to spend as much time as she wanted browsing through shops without being bothered by anyone's nagging sighs. She never understood why women made their husbands or boyfriends wait outside the changing room laden with clothes while they tried on outfits in a frenzy, always asking for the poor schmuck's opinion but in the end buying whatever they liked regardless of his views ...".Poor fellows " she always sympathized with them . That's why she never asked Swayam to accompany her unless she was buying something for their home or if he insisted. Today was no different , she shopped to her heart's content and forgot all her problems.

Later that night Sharon was trying on the dresses she had bought one by one and asking Swayam to review.

" Swayam dekhona yeh colour theek hai na, I mean do I look pale?" Sharon asked preening in front of the mirror.

"Theek hai"

" And what about the fitting, sahi haina, achchi dikh rahi hun na?" she continued.

" Tum job bhi pehnogi ahcchi hi dikhogi"

She blushed and looked towards Swayam's reflection in the mirror with her shy eyes brimming with love only to find him staring at his laptop! This was the 4th dress she had tried on and she now realized that all his comments had been made just to please her, he hadn't checked her out in a single dress!

Sharon took a deep breath as her nostrils flared, her eyes glittered dangerously and the soft pink tinge on her cheeks was replaced by a fiery red glow.

She was Sharon Rai Prakash the DIVA, so what if she was now married and had become ' Sharon Rai Prakash Shekhawat', that didn't give Swayam the right to ignore her. "Enough is enough" she thought. "This cannot be allowed to continue, its time to distract him" she determined with a sly smirk on her face.

She took out the dress he had gifted her as her secret admirer in college which was her prized possession now. She knew that no other dress could evoke the sentiments that this one did . Putting it on, she strutted to where he was sitting on the bed looking at his laptop.

Glaring once at the rude machine that was so shamelessly hogging her husband's attention, she put on a shy baby doll smile and whispered huskily.

"Swayam"

"hmmm" he mumbled, distracted.

"idhar dekhona" she said softly peering at him from under her lashes.

"hmmm"

"swayam" she called, a little louder this time.

He turned towards her with an annoyed frown. "What happened Sharon, I'm in the middle.."

Sharon never found out what was he in the middle of because Swayam never completed the sentence. He was lost. This dress was special for him. It had so many memories attached to it, her annoyance at her secret admirer going MIA turning to happiness when she pulled it out of its wrapping, their first salsa together back when she was still in denial of her feelings, his mad attempt to soothe some of his never-ending pain in the locker room by burning it along with all his other gifts, his stunned elation when she had once again surprised him in the RH by wearing that same dress a few days after she had finally given in to her feelings. A soft unmindful smile graced his lips as his mind travelled back to that last memory. That day had vindicated his much-battered faith in her love for him. She hadn't said it yet but he knew that she loved him as much as he loved he, for he knew nothing less than an all-consuming love could have forced the diva to salvage that dress from the burning mess he had left behind in the locker room.

"Tum mujhe notice kyun nahi kar rahe ho" she asked batting her eyelids when she saw him lost in her.

"Nahi mein... woh kuch..woh" Swayam could hardly find any words. He knew she was teasing him, but there was not much he could do to retaliate.

"Phir mujhe aisa kyun laga ki tum mujhe dekh hi nahi rahe ho" she asked tracing his jawline with her dainty fingers..

She mentally patted herself on the back as she heard his sharp intake of breath.

" Mein tumhein kabhi ignore kar sakta hun kya" he asked completely under the spell of her hazel eyes'she looked up and their eyes locked..this was dangerous territory,..she knew. Every time she looked at the innocence and utter devotion in his delicious chocolaty eyes she was lost ..but this was not the time to lose herself "control Sharon control " she scolded herself as she looked away.

As soon as her trance broke she realized that Swayam was still behaving like a hypnotized rabbit. She smirked as she saw her plan work like a charm. She moved closer and leaned in resting her hand lightly on his shoulder. Her warm breath softly kissed his face as he closed his eyes and felt his heart skip multiple beats.

She nibbled his ear gently before whispering "Good, now I will try on the other dresses and don't you dare ignore me."

She burst into peals of laughter as she pushed him back on the bed and grabbed the other bag of clothes.

"Sharon this is cheating" he whined.

" Hota hai hota hai bade bade deshon mein aisi choti choti baatein hoti rehti hai Mr.Husband" she winked and tossed her hair back as she turned around to leave.

She had barely taken one step when she felt his hand wrap around her wrist and tug her around. "Not so soon wifey, you are definitely going to pay for this" he pulled her towards him and she bumped into his chest !

"Swayam , I was just teasing you because you were not paying me any attention" Sharon said making her big, beautiful eyes as wide and innocent as a deer's

"You have my full attention now , Siren" Swayam teased huskily, his lips brushing over her plump cheek.

"I need to try out the other dresses Swayam" Sharon managed to whisper, her voice already hoarse.

"Ofcourse , I will help you, Siren " Swayam said shamelessly, his lips merely a hair's breadth away from hers

"Swayam , I am serious" she tried to glare but failed miserably. Her eyes screamed out her surrender.

"I am serious too" he said. With that he locked eyes with her and ended the distance between their trembling lips. Sharon tried to resist, she did. While she really did want to wear all those beautiful dresses, the more important reason behind her resistance was that she wanted for once to be the hunter and make him beg. So she tried to resist but within seconds his searching lips ignited a passion so deep that it wiped off everything else from her mind and she gave in to the unquenchable thirst.

They forgot about time and space as their souls entwined and their hearts soared.

A couple of hours later, Sharon was held tight in his embrace when her eyes fell on the bag of clothes lying abandoned on the floor. She stared at it, then back at the peaceful, content face of her beloved husband and buried her face deeper in his chest trying to hide her silly grin as realized that once again the hunter had become the hunted.

Sharon was in the kitchen the next day when her door bell rang. There stood a man in his mid 50's wearing a black suit at her door step.

She smiled at him inquiring about his identity .

" Pratap Singhania" he introduced himself.

Sharon felt numb. She heard his name and stared at him, not knowing how to react.

" I do not wish to waste your time so I'll get straight to the point. I have come with a proposal. I know that my son is in love with your best friend cum sister in law. I'm not going to disclose my source but I know my information is correct." he continued with an evil smile.

"I know that your husband, my rival Swayam doesn't know who Rey is, you have not told him. I also know that this truth will be extremely damaging for both my son's relationship with Kria and your relationship with your husband " he said looking like a particularly nasty cat that had just snacked on a poor helpless little mouse.

Had it been the old Sharon facing him she would have verbally bitch-slapped him so hard that it would have forced this jerk to think twice before speaking further, but that Sharon had mellowed down and become a Sharon who understood the value of relationships. They say when you truly love someone his or her personality rubs off on you, so it had on Sharon too.

"Are you trying to scare me?" She asked with her head held defiantly high.

"No,not at all. Infact I want to prevent anything unfortunate thing from happening which is why I've come here with this proposal. Just let us know the quotation on the tender of the project your husband is working on "

Sharon was shell shocked " Are you insane, I will not do that" she yelled .

Mr. Singhania calmly looked at her for a minute and realized it was time to play the sympathy card "Look our business is in a bad shape. This project is important to me and my family. We would go bankrupt without it. Your husband will get many more projects but this one is our last hope. He will never find out what happened between us. It will be our secret. Once this project is in our bag I'll personally apologize to Swayam for all the bad blood between us and let Rey and Kriya get married. Think about it." He handed over his card and left.

Sharon thought a lot. She thought about everyone-Rey , Kriya but mainly Swayam. She had been Kriya's friend for a long time now and she wanted to see her happy. Slowly that emotion overpowered all her other concerns. "Besides Swayam will get other projects" she reasoned , She had complete confidence in her husband's work. She thought this will right every wrong. Swayam will finally be rid of this long dragging rivalry and Rey and Kriya will be together forever.

However the thought of betraying Swayam for whatever reason made her skin crawl. She couldn't do it, she thought as her eyes filled with tears at the thought of lying to him. He would be so hurt if he ever found out. "But he will never find out." A tiny voice whispered conspiratorially in her mind. "Besides this will be better for everybody" it continued. "No" Sharon screamed out loud clutching her head trying to drown out that voice but ...
