A serious security incident has come to light from Gonder village in Haryana where unidentified attackers allegedly opened fire outside the home of Gurpartap Kang, the manager of singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh. The attack has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry and raised immediate questions about the safety of those in Diljit Dosanjh's inner circle.
The Lawrence Bishnoi Gang has since claimed responsibility for the firing. Messages surfaced on social media in which individuals identifying themselves as Tyson Bishnoi, Aarzoo Bishnoi and Hari Boxer stated that the attack was carried out and that the weapons used were of Austrian make.
What Happened in Gonder Village
The attack took place outside the residence of Gurpartap Kang in Gonder village, Haryana. Unidentified assailants opened fire at the property in what appears to be a targeted strike. While the full details of the incident are still emerging, the brazenness of carrying out a firing outside a known address has understandably triggered alarm. Local authorities are believed to be investigating the matter.
The Lawrence Bishnoi Gang Claims It
The claim of responsibility came swiftly and publicly. Social media messages attributed to Tyson Bishnoi, Aarzoo Bishnoi and Hari Boxer stated that the gang was behind the attack and specifically mentioned that Austrian manufactured weapons were deployed during the firing. The Lawrence Bishnoi Gang has increasingly made headlines for its alleged involvement in high profile incidents and its apparent willingness to announce its actions openly on digital platforms.
Why Diljit Dosanjh's Name Is Now in the Middle of This
Gurpartap Kang is the manager of Diljit Dosanjh, one of the biggest names in Indian entertainment today with a global fanbase and a profile that extends well beyond the subcontinent. The targeting of someone in his immediate professional circle raises uncomfortable questions about whether the threat extends further. Diljit Dosanjh's team has not issued a public statement at the time of writing and the full extent of the security situation around the singer remains unclear.
Police On The Ground
Social media posts claiming to be from the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang took responsibility for the incident, but local authorities and village representatives have pushed back entirely, calling the whole thing a rumour. Ground reports from Gondar-Dachar Road showed a significant police deployment at the site, with teams from Nissing Police Station, the Special Task Force and the CIA all responding to the alert.
However Nissing SHO Krishan Kumar said on the phone that upon reaching the location and conducting a thorough investigation, no evidence of any firing was found whatsoever. He also pointed out that family members present at the farmhouse had not given any statement to the police nor filed a formal complaint about the alleged incident.
