R - mom, you know my parents, they're always away on business, and besides I spend more time at yours than I do at home, and plus Jaspreet has been away for a year, I don't think she wants to go away just yet
K - well if Jaspreet's ok with it?

K - what is it?
J - will there be space for Ganga Mom and Lakshya? they live seperate from Sahil Dad and....
K - that's perfectly fine with us
R - yeah as long as Lakshya behaves.....I hope he hasn't forgotten that beating I gave him
Jaspreet playfully his him. Robbie grins and hugs her.
Part 40
Garewal House - Christmas Day - 3 months later
The Garewal House is decorated with lights and christmas decorations, the christmas tree has been put up and there are many christmas presents. Footsteps are heard as Karan and Kiran come rushing into the room to open their presents but a hand pulls Kiran's ear and another pulls Karan's, they look up and see Kashish grinning at them
K - not so fast, wait until everyone else is awake
Ki - but its christmas day!
K - so? now go sit on the sofa!
Both frown and go sit on the sofa, Kashish smiles and sits on another sofa, Sujal comes and joins her, he gives her a kiss and a hug then both giggle over seeing their kids sulk.
S - Kashish what say we have some more kids?
K - have you no shame? you're grandfather material now, no more kids
S - but Kash.....
K - no!
Sujal frowns, Kashish kisses his cheek and he smiles, both look at the door as Lakshya jumps onto the floor to open his presents but a hand pulls his ear aswell, but it's not Kashish, its Ganga. Lakshya frowns, Ganga points to where Karan and Kiran are sulking and he joins them. She then sits by Kashish and Sujal and they laugh over their kids state.
G - its good to celebrate christmas as a family
K - yeah, where's our married couple?
S - they should be on their way down stairs
Just as Sujal stops speaking, they are joined by Jaspreet and Robbie who look over at the kids and start laughing
J - hey guys, we're here now, you can open your presents
Karan, Kiran and Lakshya glance over at their parents who nod and then go rushing towards the tree and begin tearing open the wrapping paper on their presents. Jaspreet and Robbie take blessings from the parents then sit down with them
K - why don't you go open your presents?
J - please mom, we're not kids
R - you're not, but I am
Robbie grins and joins the kids in opening his presents. Jaspreet's mouth opens wide, Sujal laughs
S - stop being so grown up and go
J - shall I?
S - yes!
Jaspreet grins and also goes to open her presents, Ganga goes ahead to see what presents everyone gets while Sujal and Kashish watch from a side, Sujal hugs Kashish
S - thanks
K - for what?
S - giving me such a wonderful family
K - well if I'm wonderful then my family will be too
Kashish smiles and puts her arms around his neck and rests her head on his shoulder, Jaspreet looks at them from the tree and ushers them over
K - come on lets go and open our presents
S - yeah, if your stingy kids bought us any
K - leave my kids alone
Kashish and Sujal begin to argue until Jaspreet comes and pulls them to the tree, while they're opening the presents, Sujal looks over at Jaspreet and nudges Kashish
S - can you believe she's the baby we found on our doorstep?
K - yep she's grown up a lot
S - but she'll always be our baby
The camera zooms out and the scene fades.
