I switched to audiobook today as it’s finally become available on audible. Had a load of cooking to do for friends arriving for dinner and up to chapter 20 now!
It’s definitely picked up and I am enjoying it now.

I stopped at chapter 11 yesterday and hadn’t planned on reading further but wanted to also move forward as it got interesting 😂 I’m blaming my cleaning and cooking 😂

I'm on Chapter 15 and its still slow for me. Waiting for it to get better.

It’s definitely picked up and I am enjoying it now.

I’m on chapter 15 and I’m not feeling it. This book is full of descriptions and random jumping back and forth, and then suddenly the authors drops some brand new info on us out of the blue!

Also not enjoying that this is entirely from Salem’s PoV and I still don’t know much about her!

Hoping it gets better

Also I got the slightest hint of dub con in Chapter 14

I stopped at chapter 17 btw. Realised I’m reading ahead of schedule. Doing too many read-alongs will do that to you
