PART 1: BACK IN LIFE
Annika closed the file of Oberoi Industries and placed that on the table. Two years ... it has been two years since she was searching of one weakness of Oberoi Industries that could help to turn the already dwindling company to crash-down like the house of cards. But, unfortunately she was continuously failing since these years.

The incident along with the insulting laughter and snickers of her classmates still haunted her many times. She had never thought that loving someone would bring this much humiliation to her.
The arrogance of the blue-blood Oberoi had not just crushed her naive heart under his feet but also induced a desire to make him realise his mistake.
Her trance was suddenly broken by the ring of her phone. As she picked-up the phone, she noticed it flashed her PA's name.

Annika stood in front of The Oberoi's Tower, the head-quater of the industry. The height of the building was nothing but the measure of the attitude and arrogance it's owner held. Taking inspiration from it's owner, the building too seemed to be mocking the other relatively smaller buildings around it.
The sole reason why the owner of the emerging Artha Industries was standing there was she was there as an candidate for the post of Head of Finance Department.
Her PA had informed her about this over phone. The sudden demise of the former Head had created a vacancy in the Oberoi's Industry and the company which was facing a tough time needed a Head in emergency.
While establishing her own business, Annika knew very well the importance of grabbing opportunities. And she was definitely not going to miss this opportunity of getting into the company she wanted to destroy. After all, the secrets of destruction lay inside most of the times.

After the next candidate was called for the interview, Shivaay felt his heart beat rise a bit. And within split seconds, the door opened and Annika entered the room. More than her presence there , the fact that she still had such effect on him startled him now too.

As Annika wished the panel, then it was the first time when her eyes met with those of the Shivaay. What she saw in them was something that resembled what she had seen once during the couple dance in Chanda's birthday. But, she instantly ignored that as his eyes lied.

Shivaay placed his coffee mug on the table and sat on the chair closing his eyes. He recalled the events that had taken place in his life in the last few hours. Today , he had met the girl he was searching for years.
After the incident for which he hate himself even now, Annika had vanished into thin air. Every effort to find her went futile. He had contacted Chanda and every other possible contacts she had but she was never found again.
But today , out of the blue, he found the same girl standing in front of him in his office.
All of a sudden, he had felt an urge to watch the thing that her eyes held for him earlier. But he saw her eyes held something which was nowhere close to love and affection. It was something which he could not name but still it looked close to destruction.
Shivaay instantly took the hint as he was aware of the fact that no matter what is the situation, her eyes never lied.
Though he had many things which he wanted to sort with Annika but still he would have definitely chose not to choose Annika after catching the dropped hint. But the amazing business sense and skill- set the girl had was very much required to save and strengthen his empire.
So, the girl which he wanted in his life was back but with a secret, surprise or shock, that was still a mystery.
