Prologue
"Flight No.354 please head to gate 6."
Maanvi Chaudhry walked through the large crowds and boarded into the plane. She sat down and looked to her right. Sitting beside her was a handsome hunk. She couldn't see his face as he was too busy reading a 'Top Gear' magazine. Maanvi decided to ignore him.
Waiting patiently at the Arrivals lounge, a 16 year old girl was waiting for her sister. Jeevika was excited. After 3 months, she would be finally seeing her sister. Being separated was against their rules. They loved each other a lot. It was 4:15pm.
"Where is Maanu ?" she thought to herself. "She should have been here now. Her flight was supposed to land at 4pm."
Just then, Jeevika got the shock of her life. A voice boomed over the airport saying that 'Flight No.354 had crashed!' Immediately, tears streamed down her face as she rang her family to tell them the depressing news.
Her parents came running to Jeevika and hugged her. All of them rushed to the hospital to see how Maanvi was.
Finally, they had reached the morgue room (the place to identify dead people). Jeevika was trembling. She was praying for her beloved sister to be alive.
Jeevika noticed a man. It looked as if he had lost someone too as he was standing over a 'lash'. Slowly, Jeevika trudged to the body of Maanvi . She was just about to lift the white sheet when...
"MAANVIII" she cried. Woken up by a sudden nightmare, Jeevika opened her eyes. She wasn't in a morgue room, instead she was in her own bedroom. Lying beside her was Maanvi . Jeevika breathed a sigh of relief as she headed towards the bathroom.
Today was the day where the two sisters would go out for a jog. Jeevika didn't want to share her dream with her sister as it might terrify her although they practically share everything with each other.
"Good morning Di." greeted Maanvi as they closed the front door.
"Good morning Maanu" mumbled Jeevika.
There was silence for the past 15 minutes. Once they had reached the park, Maanvi stopped.
"I need to tell you something" they both said at the same time. "About a nightmare."
"You say it first." Jeevika insisted.
"No Di, you say it." said Maanvi.
Jeevika had to give in. She explained her nightmare in every single detail to her younger sister. Maanvi was shocked.
"That's exactly the same nightmare I had!" Maanvi screamed. Seeing each other's reactions, the behnas laughed. They were so alike.
Just as they were heading out of the park, the girls bumped into two hot looking boys.
"Oye, dekh ke nahi chal sakta kya?" Maanvi shouted. She normally wasn't like this but if someone annoyed her a lot, she got so angry.
"Ahem...Shall I say the same thing about you?" said the shorter boy who was only an inch shorter than the other one.
"Maanu, chalo yaha se. Maa aur Baba humara intezaar kar rahe hai." Jeevika muttered as she pulled Maanvi.
"How dare he talk to me like that?"
"Hello Dedh Futiya, how dare you talk to me like that too? Look, I don't want to ruin my morning." the boy answered.
"Excuse MEE! How dare you call me that? I don't want to ruin my one either. Chalo Di" Maanvi replied and finally listened to Jeevika's suggestion.
"Sorry about my sister. She's a bit 🤪" Jeevika pleaded.
"Oh it's ok, even my best friend is a bit 🤪 too." the taller guy replied. They smiled at each other as Jeevika left with Maanvi telling her off for saying sorry.
Maanvi stormed into the garden and sat on the swings. Jeevika followed her.
"Uski itni himat!" Maanvi exclaimed as Jeevika tried to calm her down.
"Maanu, leave it. You didn't need to fight in the first place." Jeevika explained but failed. "Anyways, so how do you want your Prince Charming to be like? Remember how we always used to talk about this in childhood."
"I remember very well. You still want the same qualities in yours don't you?" Maanvi questioned as Jeevika nodded her head. "Loving, caring, great friend and loud because you're too shy and would want him to talk for you!"
"Maybe not the last bit but yeah. What about you? You change yours every now and then!" Jeevika agreed.
"Hmm..." said Maanvi as got up from the swings. " I want my future husband to be caring, romantic and very loud and funny! I won't mind have fights with him as long as he pacifies me! :P"
"Tu bhi na." Jeevika replied as the sisters hugged each other.
