Chapter 6
The Chaudhry sisters peered through a small gap in the window. "Why do you think there's something going on with us? We're just good friends?" said Viren."Good friends? Yeah right. Every Bollywood star says that nowadays. Take Ranveer Singh and Anushka for example." Nupur exclaimed.Hearing this, Virat burst out laughing. He saw Viren's face and stopped."So what? Life is not always about films okay? Boys and girls can be good friends. You have a friend...What's he called?" "Anurag Ganguly" says Maya."Maya, tu kiske side par hai? Mere ya uske?" Nupur asked as Maya immediately shuffled across to Nups. "And so what? He's a friend. Anyway, Jeevika is my enemy and we hate each other."Maanvi and Jeevika looked at each other, stunned."So, doesn't mean I have to hate her. She's much much much better than you. Anyone would agree. Wouldn't they Virat?" Viren explained.
Maanvi nudged her sister. "Shut up!" Jeevika whispered as she blushed.
"Huh..What? Bro, why you dragging me into this?" Virat replied."Virat just admit it. As if you like Maya..." Viren muttered,Maya walked up to him."Virat, is your brother saying the truth? Don't you like me?" she said as tears rolled down her eyes."If you say anything to my sister, I will not bare it! " Nups exclaimed.
"Nupur, you know what...I just hate you ever since I was forced into this stupid relationship. It was my parent's choice. I've never ever liked you and probably will never do in my whole life. You are just a pathetic, selfish girl who only knows how to hurt others and cares only about popularity. You don't even have a life. Do you even know what the meaning of love is? How will you know? You only show fake love. You treat me like a doll. You order me like a master orders their servant. I've never ever seen true love from you. Whenever I am happy, you pretend to be happy. Whenever I'm upset, you just say don't need to cry over these small things. But when you're upset, you want me to care for you. I do that Nups. But think, have you ever comforted me? If i meet a stranger, she/he would probably ask what's wrong. You don't even do that. What makes you a good girlfriend? I've said what I wanted to say. Now all I want to do is break up with you. One day, you'll realise what you've done and that time would probably be too late. And I bet, Virat thinks the same about your sister unless he's too scared to say it. I hope you find a new boyfriend soon who'll teach you the true meaning of love and I'm sure that won't be me." Viren explained as he stormed out of the house and drove back to his home.

Jeevika and Mannu were shocked. They just stood their looking at each other."Thank god Viren came to his senses. I'm glad he said that. She deserved it." Maanvi said as Jeevika walked away. She was thinking about Viren. Should she go and comfort him?"Arre di, ab tu kya soch rahi hai? Kahi tu John ke bare mein..." Maanvi teased as Jeevika chased her sister back home.
The two sisters went back to their room and started to watch Housefull 2 to lighten up the atmosphere.All of a sudden, someone was shouting Jeevika's name. The girls ran downstairs and saw Nupur and Maya."Now she's gonna shout at you." muttered Maanvi to her sis as they both giggled."Jeevika Chaudhry. You must be really happy today." Nupur said as she walked around Jeevika and Maanvi."Why is it her birthday? OMG, Jeevika Di, happy birthday." Mannu replied as the sisters laughed."Tumhe tumhara dream man mil gaya. You've won. Viren is all yours." Nups shouted."Wth. Nups, I've never liked Viren. We're just friends. It's your fault for taking out the wrong meaning. You just know how to blame others for your own mistake." Jeevika replied."Oh really now? Friends...I've heard that so many times..." Nups said as Maanvi interrupted."In Bollywood. Take Ranveer Singh and Anushka for example."the sisters chorused."You eavesdropped on our conversation. Then you must have heard Viren praising you. You must be so delighted!" Nupur replied."I'm happy that he thinks nice things of me. Anyone would. At least he didn't say that I'm a selfish,pathetic girl who only knows how to hurt others and cares only about popularity." Jeevika answered back. "To be honest, Viren was saying the right stuff. He's recognised you very well.""Teri intni himat!" Nupur shouted as she raised her hands to slap Jeevika.
