Pia was doing ball dance all by herself imagining her partner. As she twirled herself, a hand caught her and she looked at the holder. It was Abhay. He started dancing with her replacing the imaginative figure. She smiled at him and continued dancing with him slowly without a word. He smiled back and eventually laughed at themselves.

They stopped and Pia hugged his chest trying to stop herself from laughing. He asked, "Are you crazy to be dancing by yourself?"

"No. The ball is coming up you know." They continued dancing as Abhay nodded. They giggled at themselves and enjoyed the rest of the night.

The next day, they met after school for the meeting and Jessica told all of them gathered there. "So the ball is a month away and we need to get things together. The list of committees needed is on the table and it's up to us to make sure this is the best ball this university has seen till date. For the grand ending, we need a couple to do a ball dance. Any volunteers?"

They all looked at each other to see if anyone stepped up. When no one did, Armaan, the psychology professor, spoke, "Well, I've seen Abhay and Pia. They'd be perfect."

Both looked at each other surprised. How did he know? Their eyes seemed to be asking but neither of them knew the answer.
