Since when a topicmaker hasn't the right to change the topictitle and the initial post - or is it only condemnable when this member has Pakistani rootes?

Generalizing (here like: all Pakistanis deserve to get a hateful or hostile treatment) is not something, I personally support.

And no, from my side, a simple error and changed wording of a topic title doesn't deserve that the thread get closed, imo.
