This is one of my all time favourite films. I have seen it many times lol. 😳

By the end of the film, Sonia was most definitely in love with Raj. The second half of the movie is sprinkled with subtle cues of her growing affection and love for him. When they are staying in Rohit's friend's boathouse, Sonia gives Raj shade as he sleeps then she gets lost in their banter like they playing house (throwback to her scenes with Rohit but here her affections are shifting to Raj). During the concert where she watches him with love, when she sees Raj take care of Rohit's brother like he is his brother and finally when she refuses to endanger Raj to find Rohit's killers.

Raj and Rohit might have been different in temperament but they were very similar in other aspects of their personalities such as their loyalty, love for music and self-sacrificing nature. Raj was an amazing guy - he was willing to do anything for Sonia. He didn't force his love upon her, gave her the photos he took of her, took Rohit's little brother as his own, avenged Rohit and brought his killers to justice. Raj was very altruistic.

Rohit was sweet but it was Raj all the way! I think Sonia knew Rohit and Raj the same amount of time. He was such a selfless lover.
