Heloo friends,
UNKNOWINGLY II
Prologue:He opened his heavy eyelids with the soft click of the doorknob. His sleep fed away as soon he saw the scene before him.
She smiled faintly before apologizing, "Sorry I woke you up." She sat down on the corner of the bed and started wearing the shoes.
He pushed himself up lazily. The sheet covering his body glided down till his midriff offering a free view of his bare toned chest till his se*y navel for her naked eyes if only she turned back.
He leaned back on the headboard, before replying dryly, "I am glad that I woke up or you would have left without saying bye."
But his dry remark didn't make the effect as he expected, rather a slow smile crept up on her lips as she finished zipping her last shoe and stood up.

She walked to the door and just before she was about to cross the threshold she threw a "bye" over her shoulder and left closing the door behind.
He tore his gaze away from the door and took the water bottle from the side table.
He gulped down the feeling of disappointment and dejection with the water before he swung his legs down on the floor and threw the sheet on the other side revealing his sculpted naked torso fully.
He stood up and walked towards the bathroom.
As soon he opened the door her sandalwood scent, which still lingered in the room, hit his nostrils hard, making him inhale deeply, before he closed the door behind.
He stood under the shower letting the warm water wash away her smell and touches, though he doubted if the water could wash them from his senses, where they were etched since she had first touched him.
He closed his eyes and the vivid pictures of their intimate moments flashed before his eyes.
He pressed his palms over the tiled wall of the bathroom and upturned his face so that the water could hit his face directly with all its force, to get rid of the film rolling behind his close lids, otherwise no sooner before he realized, he would be painfully hard again.
As he picked up the towel from the hanger and dried his hair, again her smell hovered around him. She had used the same towel, he realized.
He wiped himself dry when the scent again pushed him back to her thoughts.
He still remembered the day he met her in the pub of his own hotel, two months back...
He was tired and irritated after a long meeting with an important yet nagging customer and went down to have a strong drink, thinking that it would help him relax.
He was sitting on a stool near the bar with the scotch in his hand watching the young crowd dancing and drinking in abandonment, when a soft yet firm voice made him look to his left. A figure in black spaghetti top and black skinny jeans stood turning her back towards him.
The girl had nice long figure and though tanned but glowing skin, he deciphered with the little glimpse he could catch in that half illuminated bar area.

She had her silky jet black hair tied in a high pony tail, which he guessed would reach till her midriff if she let them loose.
Judging by the wrapper he felt an urge to get a view of her face, hence he wished her huskily form behind, little loudly because of the loud music, "Hi"
She turned sharply and he couldn't help but pat his back mentally for trying. He smiled warmly to the girl before him who took his breath away for few moments.
She didn't smile back but her features soften as she took in his sight.
The way she checked him up from head to toe, made him unconsciously pull his bi-color reversible jacket with his free hand.

She nodded in response and then turned back to the bar tender as he passed her vodka martini.
His one perfect eyebrow ascended in surprise seeing her choice of drink. It made him take a thorough look of her and he noticed a few more details about her which he missed before.
She had no accessories on her other the metal ban watch on her left wrist and she was devoid of any make up other than the pinkish hue on her lips, which most possibly a lip bum, to keep her lips moisten.
She had a good figure he had already checked that out, but now when he took a better look he found it slightly athletic, clearly she work out more than to just keep herself in shape and her tan skin proof enough she works outdoor mostly.
Finally he decided she was more like those tomboy kinds but with the grace of a lady intact.
"So, shaken not stirred." He commented with a smug smirk.
She turned again but this time she had a knowing smile on her lips as she tilted her head a little to the left and said lifting the crystal head glass slightly "Indeed"
He chuckled but couldn't help saying, "Seriously that's an unusual drink for a lady."
She shrugged pouting as if saying what to do' and watched the crazy crowd while sipping form her glass.
The girl is not easy going', he concluded in his head as he sipped his drink.
She was beautiful more likely those careless ones, who didn't pass ample time in front of a mirror before going out, but her carelessness couldn't mar her beauty as she stood out in the crowd without any effort from her side.
She had kind of confident and firm aura around her, which would make the men admire her from afar, but think thousand times before approaching her for even strike a light conversation.
Well he too tried but in response he got hardly anything.
Yet he wanted to give another try suddenly feeling interested in that girl.
He saw her taking the last sip of her martini and grabbing the opportunity he asked, "Up for another drink?"
She looked at him when he added, "Let me buy you one."
She stared at him for a long moment as if contemplation her answer and then said a single, "OK."
He smiled succeeding in finding a way to reach her, but her cell vibrated at that moment making her frown and it only deepened as she read the message.
He stared at her hoping that this shouldn't be urgent, yet to his utter dismay, she turned still her eyes glued on the screen as she said, "Sorry I have to go."
His disappointment maybe, was scramming large on his face he realized, as he saw her chuckle silently a little before she said, "The drink is still due on you. I am coming here day after tomorrow same time." and with that she took steps towards the exit when the bulb in his head lit up.
He shouted to grab her attention in that noisy pub, before she left "HEY GIRL."
When she turned back he shouted again "YOU DIDN'T TELL YOUR NAME." and before she could say the same for him he told his name to her in advance "I AM ARNAV."
Grinning he gulped down the whole scotch and left the bar winking at the bar tender who too had a goofy grin on his face, clear indication that he had been eavesdropping.
Yes they met again for that drink. They got talking.
Khushi was an intelligent girl who had all the knowledge about current topics all over the world from politics to cricket and fashion to film, even page three news.
So they never had fallen short of topic for conversing, though she talked very less and answered only to the points, but she couldn't be termed a boring company anyway.
As a girl she had a wicked sense of humor and her witty remarks on things made him laugh out loud quite a few times, even though her face never gave away any sign of amusement.
It was only after passing sometime with her, he had started to identify the shine in her eyes when she smiled mentally.
He never told her that he was Arnav Singh Raizada the co-owner of the chain AR Hotels and Resorts around Asia and in return he never asked that what she did for her living or about her personal life.
For both of them it was and untouched topic and they liked it to keep it that way.
None tried to squeeze the other for any information in these two months about their personal or professional life and Arnav thought it was easier for her to not to ask question, than him, owing to her reserve character.
They didn't know when and how their simple friendship took a whole new turn and they came closer in a more intimate way.
It was a no string attached' kind of relation from both ends till now.
Now as he thought wearing his trouser, he couldn't remember who made the first move, or how they end up making out first, but all he could remember the fact, which always left him in awe, that whenever their body had connected since they started this physical relation, their chemistry had been sizzling making sparks flew all around, literally.
He knew he was not her first and he had no qualms for that as he wasn't also a saint himself.
The only thing he cared about in this whole equation that she was like a wildfire on bed and he couldn't have enough of her.
She was the only girl who could bring primitive responses from him and take him to a whole new level of passion and desire which always left him yearning for more.
He buttoned his shirt when thinking, so far she was a generous and unyielding partner and good friend to pass time with.

He slung his tie and jacket over his shoulder as he looked around the room if he had left anything, when his eyes fell upon on every object, the victims of their last night's passion game, and he chuckle silently a little before a his brows scrunched as he thought about the way she left, like other times.
It was like every time, that she would be up even before the dawn broke and would leave soon after that.
If he was lucky like today, he would see her leave but mostly he would wake up on a lonely cold bed and in an empty room, and he didn't like that to say the least.
He didn't know why she never reeled in the aftermath of their fiery sex, nor had a nice warm breakfast with him, even a cup of tea in that matter.
She never expected him to cooing sweet nothing in her ears after their making out like his other girlfriends from past, he didn't know if he could call her that also or not, or hold her in his arms caressing the few scars on her beautiful body sitting in a comfortable silence in each other's warmth.
And strangely for the first time he wanted this, because in simple words he was taken by Khushi. She stirred something inside him, not just when she was around but when she was not.
Because sometimes he had found himself thinking about her in between piles of work, buried under heap of files...The times they had spent together, not just in his penthouse, but also about the times they had dinner together or simply chatted over a drink.
He sighed as he opened the door to leave before checking his watch which said it was 6 in the morning and he came out closing the door behind.
He ran his hand in his wet hair as he whispered in the air, in that empty corridor, "Khuhsi why are so aloof, when I want you to care. What lay under the layer of your indifference? Wish I could know." Sighing he started walking towards the elevator, time to go home.
