Chapter 75
Maan sat in his office working when he got a call from one of his men...he sits back in the chair taking the call...
"yeah what is it?"
"Hi Maan..."
Maan (sits straight on his chair..) Dev..
(He laughs) "Glad you could recognize my voice..."
Maan (holds the phone in anger..) How did you?
"What you thought I would stay there my whole life?"
Maan: where are you?
"I thought nothing was hard for Maan Singh Khruana..."
Maan: you bas***d I will find you where ever you are..
"let me make it easier for you...I will be with your Geet soon and finish what I had started..."
Maan: No Dev..Please don't
"That is what I wanted to..." (he stops in middle when he heard Maan laugh...) "what is so funny?"
Maan sits back in his chair while laughing out loud...he leans forward in his chair holding paper weight in his hand spinning it as he laughs...
"what is so damn funny? You won't be laughing when I kill that bitch of yours..." (Maan stops laughing and throws the paper weight against the window...Dev heard that and smirks...) looks like I hit a nerve..
Maan (smirks) You know Dev it amazed me how stupid you really can be sometimes...I wonder what your mom ate when she was pregnant with you..."
"what are you trying to say?!" (he yells at the phone)
Maan: Ssshhh Dev don't yell too much...you are going to make me deaf one day...
"Come to the point..."
Maan: Ohh yeah I forgot you can be slow...okay so Mr.Dev let me break it down for you...turn around first...(Dev turns around and saw his men pointing guns at him..they were standing a circle around them...) Do you still think that nothing is hard for me? (he laughs)
"You...how..."
Maan: ohh Dev didn't your mother teach you its bad manners to interrupt someone when they are speaking? (he hits his forehead) I forgot of course that bitch didn't teach you anything...when she herself doesn't know what it is like to be a human
"SHUT UP!" (one of his man puts a gun on his forehead)
Maan (smriks) ohh did I hit a nerve? A tip Dev that is the least I can do for my Idiot brother...don't yell...(he leans back on his chair) you see my men don't like it when someone raises their voice on me...they will NOT hesitate to shoot...so I would be as quiet as possible and listen carefully...
do you really think I am stupid like you?
Would I really leave you alone in a room without seeing how much you are suffering?
Would I really put a picture of myself in the room with a glass frame? (he laughs)
(He tuns on his computer monitor displaying a video of Dev breaking his picture frame hiding the glass underneath the bed...)...I gotta say Dev it took you such a long time to think on what to do...I mean seriously you could've escaped long time ago...but anyway better late then never...
"you knew..."
Maan: Another stupid question...(he holds the phone with anger) Maan Singh Khruana never forgets his enemies nor does he let his enemies live in peace...seeing you and Pammi in pain, screaming for help gives me satisfaction...Nothing made me more happier then seeing you beat up everyday...Anyway back to the point..so where was I?
Ohh yeah..so when I saw that you finally got the weapon that I gave you..I wanted to give you a fair chance of running away...I couldn't let your hard work go down the waste now could I? (he smirks)
I purposely told my men to transfer you and your mother to different area giving you an opportunity to escape and just like I thought you would..you escaped...(he watches the video of Dev stabbing his men with the glass..he then grabs the gun from his hand shooting him on his head...) you shoot really well Dev...its sad though all your efforts were of nothing
"You bas***d..." (His man shoots him on his right arm...he screams in pain as he drops on his knee...)
Maan: I told you not to yell...Anyway now let me tell you something...run...run as fast as you can...my men will count to 10 seconds and within those 10 seconds run as fast as you can...At the end, I don't want you to blame me that I played unfair..you should be lucky that I gave you two chances to escape...run Dev...run as fast as you can...this might your LAST chance...
He laughs...Dev drops the phone on the ground and starts running..he sees his men standing there looking at him as he runs...he panics when he saw them running after him...they shoot him on his other arm...he screams but kept running...he hides behind a broken building..he puts his hand on his mouth from making any noise...when he thought that the coast is clear..
he slowly gets out of the building...he sees a road...he runs to the road but stops midway when he saw two of his men staring at him...he walks backwards but stops when he bumps into someone..all of them had him covered...he stands in the middle as his men circle him...they shoot him in both of his legs..making him paralyzed..he lays on the ground looking at them...Maan watches all this on his computer...one of his man calls him
"finish him off..."
Maan says to his men...they point the gun on his forehead and shoots..Maan turns off the computer monitor...he gets up to leave his office..he stops the car in front of a building...he gets off the car and walks toward the entrance..everyone greets him..they lead him to a room where he saw Pammi yelling and screaming...he was in a mental asylum...
Pammi moves back in fear when she saw Maan coming toward him..she sits in a corner holding her knees against her chest..Maan crouches in front of her shaking his head...
Maan: tut tut look at what you have become...(Pammi hides her face in between her knees) what happened? Scared to see me? (he laughs) this is where you belong...(he stands up) I have brought you a good news...your son Dev is gone...
she looks at him when he mentioned Dev..she stands and walks toward him..she holds his collar..Maan looks at her hands that was on his collar...ward boys came immediately to push her off...they hold her tight as Maan looks at her with a smile...he takes off his vest that she touched and throws it toward her...) here is a little present for you to remember me by...(he leaves the room...Pammi yells and screams for Maan...he closes his eyes as he sat in the car...)
"I have taken out the very people that hurt my Geet..."
He drives home...he saw Geet cooking in the kitchen...he gets angry...
"Geet what are you doing?" (She turns around and saw Maan..she smiles at him..he stands in front of her..."Why are you cooking?"
Geet: woh I felt like it...I can't sit all day
Maan: I know but it is Nakul's responsibility to cook...where is he?
Geet: I gave him a day off...
Maan: what?!
Geet; yeah I wanted to make dinner for you today that's why...(Maan takes the knife from her hand and makes her sit) what are
Maan (puts his finger on her lips) sshh I will cook for you today...in fact I will cook for you everyday
Geet; But
Maan: No buts Geet...(Geet watches Maan lovingly as he cooks her favorite food..he feeds her with his own hands while smiling at her...) Okay Geet you know what is tomorrow?
Geet: No
Maan: tomorrow is valentines day...(she blushes) so tell me what do you want to do tomorrow? Go outside? Or...(he winks at her...)
Geet (looks down shying away) I don't know...whatever you want to do
Maan (leans back and brings her on his lap) I will take you up on that offer...(she hugs him...he hugs her back) Geet...(she looks at him) you don't have to afraid of Dev anymore...he won't bother us anymore (she looks at him shocked and was about to ask him when he covers her mouth with his palm) no questions...just trust me when I say it...
Geet (kisses his palm) I trust you more then myself...I know now that you will be there always for us...I have nothing to fear as long as you are with me
Maan (smirks) aacha...so I don't scare you anymore?
Geet (shakes her head no) No you don't...
Maan: Alright then lets see if you are going to be scared of me tomorrow or not...(he grabs her face and kisses her lips slowly) I love you!
Geet; I love you too!
Okay guys so this fan fic is coming to a close maybe three more chapters (including the epilogue) so what do you want me to do for my new fan fic?
Do another dark story?
If so, what kind of avatar do you guys wish to see Maan in? Another shetan? Devil in disguise? or just plain EVIL...😕😕

This time play around with Geet's character?
I will start my new fan fic later not right away as I need to think of another better story which you all can enjoy!😳
