Felt bad for Shiv today :s

I think Shiv was right when he asked Bhairon what would he have done if same had happened with Anandi and she attempted suicide.

Bhairon had to be silent because he had tried his best to check laws and egged Anandi to file case against Jagya when he ditched her and married Gauri.

When Anandi refused, Bhairon had even sighed and said he did not like her decision.

So if Bhairon felt like that for Anandi then Shekhars could feel too... 😕

Though I feel bad why he did not convey to Bhairon or Anandi that he understood their POV...

Anyway, it was crap when he was in study and Ira and Sanchi were doing excessive EB!! Sanchi with her lame pupp face. Ira with her barking about why Shiv was asking lawyer to talk only truth and not resort to lies!

Then all that BS about choosing between sasural and maiyka and barking at Shiv for favouring Anandi!

I think Ira and Sanchi are baffled by use of word "truth" because somewhere they too know what is and what is not.

Thank God Shiv told Ira today that it was difficult for Anandi.

I could not help but feel a bit for him today...

I still think he should lend an ear to Anandi for once when she begs to have a talk with him.

I believe Sanchi's reactions to this case are making him suspicious of her. The way she thanked him for supporting her and now the way she shouted at Bhairon and immediately barked at Shekhars to not to soften their stance.

It is all slowly making him see both sides.

Maybe he will play role like Rishi Kapoor of Damini. May be against wife or have rift with her but eventually support her in the end himself.

I think Sanchi's outbursts and lack of control will turn tide in Singhs' favour.

If he can really understand A then why the hell he is evading her ?? I can never forget he let his mother and sister insult his wife who he can understand very well

Shiv was not right in comparing Anandi and Sanchi because even he knows how crap S is and no way comparable to Anandi. Plus this was an engagement and not a marriage...that too of many years.

Still I think he was drawing analogy in terms of relationship shared with the woman as father/brother/guardian.

We nitpick his silence. Nothing wrong in commending him for small mercies when he does take some stance.

What Ira barked about Anandi and breaking ties with her or kept questioning Shiv - was really bad. No worse than how she pressurises Anandi to take sides.

BTW, don't give me "never forget" in Shiv's case, given how reactions come when Jagya's blunders are recounted.

Nothing is ever forgotten. In any character's case.

I did add Shiv should somehow convey to Anandi also that he understands her dilemma.

In fact I wouldn't mind a heart to heart talk between them about each others' dilemmas and compulsions.

I also said he should sometime listen to Anandi or at least put his foot down when family gets crude and insults are exchanged.

The fact that Shiv was putting Sanchi in the same position where Anandi had been when Jagya left her was very obvious from his first face off with Jagya when he came over to their place for breaking off the engagement.
