Maaneet entered the farm house and geet eyes first became big and then bigger-Maan those children said that their owner were coming then what is this why this farm house is decorated like this.

Maan-I don't know.O i think that those guests are staying at our farmhouse as there is no other place, so villagers must have made them to stay here.

Geet-But why are they waving at us.

Maan-Arrey.. wo humko hi apna ownwer samajh rahe honge.Why are you so tensed.Enjoy this attenton and see their faces when we will get down of the car.

Geet-Really?.How much fun it will be when they will see us at the place of their owners.Hai na Maan.Sach bada maza aayega.

Maan supressed his smile-Yes Geet I will love to see those expressions after knowing the truth of the owners.He was falling more for this innocent Geet.

Geet saw Maan and with some naughty look and she started to wave her hand back at the people who were waving to them-Maan sach me I m dying to see their faces.

Maan-Me too Geet ...and winked at her.Poor Geet couldn't see the real purpose of that wink.They reached the house built in the middle of that vast land.As they stopped.some folk dancers started to dance .Farmhouse was on the border of rajasthan so they were doing the Rajasthani folk dance.Maan opend the door to get down and Geet got scared now and stopped him-Maan what if they get angry after knowing the truth that we are not their guests.See they have done so many preparations, and they are made fool by us.

Maan-Don't worry Geet.just relax.

He got down and some elder men came near him.maan wished them and then he came to Geet's side opened the door and asked Geet to come out.

Geet-Maan mujhe darr lag raha hai.

Maan-Kyun ?main hoon na.come

Geet too got down and this time some elderly ladies came near them and seeing them Geet hid behind Maan. Maan smiled and patted on her hand which was on his hand-Geet

Maan-What did you say to them.do they really think that we are the one whom they are waiting for.

Maan-Geet .. and he pulled her softly to make her stand beside himself and whispered in her ears-Only we are the one whom they were waiting for, as we are their maalik and maalkin

Geet's mouth was like ...O..and said-Maan you Knew everything from the start, and she pouted and Maan again gave her a pleading smile He knew that he was going to have a new mission in his hand -To pacify his red apple.

Geet wished all by joining her both hands and gave a nervous smile -namastey

The villagers were blown away by that simple beauty which was standing with her joint hands.

Maan-Geet he is Hari kaka.The Sarpanch of this village and she is Kamla Kaki ,His wife.Geet wished them again.

Kamla-Maan beta bahu to bilkul chaand ka tukda hai.Kahin hum sab ki nazar na lag jaaye inhen and she put a point of the kajal behind Geet's ear. Geet was all shy to hear that.(bahu is as beautiful as Moon.May God keep her away even our bad eyes)

Maan-Thank u Kaki.

After chatting with maan for some time Sarpanch kaka ordered all to left-Maan beta hum shaam ko school me milenge,aap logon ke liye dophar ka khana banwa dia hai.agar kisi bhi cheese ki zaroorat ho ye Suman yahaan hai.(we will meet at school in the evening,your lunch is ready .If you need any thing else. ask suman ,she is here for you)

Maan -Nahin kaka kisi ki zaroorat nahin hai. Suman ki bhi nahi.hum khud hi manage kar lenge,shaam ko school me milte hai. ( No kaka we don't need anything .we will manage ourselves See you at school in the evening)

and all left leaving Maan and Geet alone

Maan saw Geet's foul mood and he chuckled -Geet.

Geet-Maan don't talk to me.You would be thinking me as fool na when I was talking all that.and you were enjoying my foolishness. this is not fair and I m not going to talk to you.

Maan-Every thing is fair in love and war and as love is only here so every thing is double fair in love.and if you are not going to talk to me then how will we enjoy our stay here.as there are so many things that you are going to love this place

Geet-Really? But you were making a fun of me na. Kya bigad jata tumhara agar pahle bata dete

Maan- No I was not making fun of you rather I was enjoying your eagerness and innocence.You know I love this cute Geet more than that red apple.

Geet -Maaann...

achchha leave it.Now tell me what is this Maalik maalkin confusion.I know that today there is no tradition of jameendaari nowadays

Maan-chalo Let's have a tour of this farm house.

(He was happy that it was very easy to distract Geet from her anger and now she forgot that she was angry with him) he brought her first on the terrace -Geet see these lands even the lands beyond our sight belonged once to maa's grandfather.he was a big land owner and was very kind too.he thought to develop these area so he donated some land to few people and ask them to live here and do farming on that land.those people were happy and they started to live here.slowly the income increased and they started to hire more land on rent and Maa's grandfather happily obliged them.and thay started to say him Maalik as the land belonged to him.gradually the population increased and the area too started to develop. After him my nanaji took over the legecy and continued the tradition of his father.Maa is the only daughter of nanaji. He wanted to transfer this property in papa's name but papa declined the proposal and he refused to accept that.then he wished to transfer that in maa's name she too refused as papa already had said no. So he transferred all this in my name as he had the right to gift any thing to his grandson.Maa and Papa had no right to reject ,so I m the owner of this land.Villagers today too call us Maalik, though a big part of land doesn't belong to us now as villagers requested nanaji to sale the land to them as they had money and wanted to have their own land.but they still regards us as their maalik and maalkin.they are now used to call us with that name. But I made them agree to call me by my name after a lot of insistings.but in front of other they call us by that old name only.that's why those kids were calling us maalik and maalkin. nothing else. while Maan was telling ,they were coming down and now they were out of the building and were on the way to view the surroundings. Geet was blown away by the beauty of that place,there were thousands of plants which were full of colorful flowers.

It was looking like some one had made a big bed of flower there.In excitement she held Maan's hand and he too entangled his fingers in her.

Geet-Maan this so beautiful but you never talked about this ?

Maan-No one other than family knows about it as I never wanted to show my riches in front of anyone.evenI didn't tell Sam too about it though I met her before two years I met you.

Geet looked at him and was proud of it-So I m the first one to know about it.

Maan-Hmmm.because you are too my family Geet.

Geet was emotional to hear it and she leaned her head on his shoulder-Maan I m so lucky to have you.sachhi

Maan too left her hand and slid his arm in her waist to hold her close to himself- But I m the luckier one to have you for me only and he tightened his hold on her.Geet could feel the authority of Maan on herself in that hold.Maan now held her by her shoulder and she too wrapped her arms around his waist and her head was on his chest.they were waling very slowly while feeling each other.

There came a loud sound-Neigh... Neigh...

Geet stopped and looked here and there-Maan what was that.It was like the sound of a horse.An he clutched his waist more tightly.and again that sound came and it was louder this time. Geet got scared and loolked at Maan.He chuckled at her scared expressions and made her look in to one direction.Geet looked there and found a white horse with brown patches on it's body.It was trying hard to make itself free from the rope by which he was tied.

Maan-Get this is Sandy

Geet-Sandy?

Maan-Hmmm and we are close friend

Geet-friends? a man and a horse?

Maan-why not Geet.come I will introduce him to you

Geet-Main... No way Maan I never went so close to any horse.

Maan-so what? do it today and he forcefully took her there.now they were standing in front of Sandy.maan patted Sandy on it's neck-Hii Sandy how are you ?and and Sandy shook it's nack up and down happily.Sandy meet Geet my love and my life

Geet looked at maan with n awwe on this introduction. he was telling Sandy (the horse) about his love as he was talking to a person.

Maan-and Geet this is Sandy my childhood friend and Geet's fear was now disappearing with the response which Sandy was giving to them.She smiled and with some shaking hands she touched Sandy -Hii Sandy and he responded with a loud Neighhh.Geet imediately pulled her hand backMaan-Geet don't feel scared he is happy to meet you.wanna ride?

And geet's eyed were wide opened at this- Maan don't even think .I have never done it.I will not too.

Maan-come on Geet. It will be a fun.Me and Sandy always play a game while riding.

Geet-Sach? magar kaisa game?

Maan-That you will know only when you take a ride and believe me it will be a big fun.

Geet-what if he drops us ?

Maan -No Geet- Sandy will not do any thing like this.He took Sandy out of the stable.and asked Geet to give her phone to caretaker of Sandy he too did the same.

First Maan settled on Sandy and then he helped Geet to ride on it and made her settled in front of himself so maan was behind Geet on Sandy.

and the ride started at first it was slow as Geet was very scared but Maan made her to look at the sight seeing so that her mind may divert from the ride and she was unknown of the fact that Sandy was increasing his pace. and few minutes later he was talking to the wind he was too very happy as Maan was here after a long time and that too with his love so he was too enjoying it.Geet was about to shout out of fear but Maan held her on her stomach protectively and her shout subsidized in her throat and he pulled her more in to himself and Geet felt fully secured and now she too started to enjoy it.

Geet now leaned back her head on Maan's shoulder without any fear as she was safe in his arms Maan too looked at her and smiled to see her guesture. They were passing by a small lake It was not natural lake but was built to add the beauty of the farm house. As they reached at the middle of the shore of the lake Geet saw Sandy turning toward the water and jumping in to the lake and few second later found herself in the lake. Geet couldn't believe that they all were in the middle of the lake all drenched.

Geet-Mmaann ..she called him with her closed eyes for help but in return she heard a laughter of Maan.She opened her eyes and saw that Maan was standing in Knee length water of the lake and Sandy was jumping in the water and this was there game that they used to play whenever he rode on Sandy. It was a thrilling experience for maan to jump in lake while riding the horse on a fast pace.Maan was throwing water on Sandy and sandy was too trying to answer him back with his four legs.But now Maan has Geet with him so he threw water on her too to make her pout but in reality she too liked this childish side of Maan and she responded him with the same action.and now both were trying to save themselves but to drench other and in that process they came very close and Geet was about to slip in the water but Maan held her with her waist and she clutched his shirt with fear and while balancing herself her lips brushed with Maan's and Maan felt that cotton soft touch on his lips.both stood frozen there as it was their first ever touch on lips. Geet looked at Maan and then closed her eyes Maan too looked at her and caressed the corner of her lips with his thumb.He wanted to move forward and he bent on her face .Geet's eyes were still closed Maan was too close to cover that distance between them but Sandy made them aware of his presence with his Neigh sound and Geet opened her eyes and found Maan this close to herself for the first time.She had felt that touch once in her dream but in real it was heaven. Maan smiled to see her lost and helped her to stand straight.

Maan-Geet I m sorry wo I could not..

But Geet stoped him by closing his mouth with her palm-Maan You need not to say it. It was so wonderful and I loved it and he hugged her hearing her and packed on her temple-Let's go back.You must be feeling hungry.

Geet -Hmmm... and both with Sandy came out of the lake as Geet was fully drenched so her dress was totally transparent now. Though No one was around but she felt some uneasy to find herself like that and Maan sensed it.

He unbuttoned his shirt and took it out and covered her with it .Geet saw him with thankful eyes and then both rode back on sandy to the house.they were quite as they were lost in that moment which they shared few minutes ago.
