chapter 2-
in mumbai-
in gujral mansion-
early morning-
inside a huge mansion,we came to hall were we could see a lady
dressed in elegant sari in her late forties seated and reading a newspaper
headline and a smile appear on her face.suddenly a servant comes to her,
servant-"mam,breakfast is ready.."
lady(looks at him,keep the paper down)-"okk call everybody down."
servant nodded and leaves.
someone enter in the house,
person-"good morning,mrs.ella gujral.."
ella-"good morning,mr.sharma..how come so early"
mr.sharma-"woh,actually man,damini mam called me.she has something to discuss."
ella(shaking her head)-"this girl!!!how many times i have told her not to bring work
at home but she never listens to anyone except pri.."
soon ella realized what she was going to say but stops on time
ella-"okk u can wait for her here."
mr.sharma nodded and sat on sofa.a servant come and serves him drink and ella
left for dinning table lost in her thought.
ella(to herself)-"these last six years has changed my family so much.my daughters
r not the same anymore.damini is hiding herself in business,avni being single
parent of her child,roshini helping damini her business.my whole world has changed just because of those three brother.i had never trusted jay/sameer with avni but i thought with time he would be mature,responsible but no.he left my daughter with his unborn.i may never be able to forgive him.for the last 6 years he never looked back to know how was avni??how was his child??never.and i do not wish to see him again in our life.varun ,he was very serious,sincere,talented,matured.he may not have cheated roshini but i know my little angel,roshini,she loved him from her heart.i don't have hard feeling for varun because he was following his brothers,never cross his limits,he was boy not knowing who was right??and what was right and blindly follows her brothers.and last and the most favorite,dear,like my own son,prithvi
i trusted him with my life,my business and most importantly with my daughter.but he betrayed me,damini.i know damini still is
suffering firm his betrayal.how unfortunate is my daughter,she is living like
unmarried being married .only one day marriage!!one day!!!!.i still could not believe how can prithvi spoiled her life.i thought he loved her more than his life but i was so wrong.i never was so wrong in judging poeple but looks like i choose wrong men for my daughters.sometime i feel prithvi does.he do love damini.he was so like his father,BALRAJ SEXANA,i would be the happiest person on earth if knowing balraj's son was marrying my daughter,if truth has not came out like this,if prithvi for once has told me,confront me but he never did.they choose the other and fortunately the wrong way. those three brothers have changed my daughters and their life.i just wish they don't ever come back. some times i feel this all is happening because of me.if i have done something for balraj,saved him from prison then may be he would have been alive and nothing of this sort would have happened.i wish i could have saved u BALRAJ!!!may be that is why i couldn't completely blame prithvi,sameer and varun for their doings.but whatever it is.they have taken there so called revenge and i pray they never come back..."
soon she was out her thoughts when a servant called her.
servant-"mam,damini mam is saying she would have her breakfast in office,roshinimam is still sleeping and avni mam is coming in 15min with chahat...mam may i serve ur breakfast?"
ella-"no, i will wait.u go .come after 20min."
servant nodded and left and ella left for damini's room.
in damini room-
damini was dressed in formals with file in one hand while talking on phone.
damini(on phone)-"yes,mr.sharma...u have arrived...okk... im coming down
in 15min.wait there..okk "
and put her phone down and file down and sits on bed and looks at her engagementring and then stands up and walks to her cupboard,open drawer and take out a photo of well-built,handsome,smart,young man dressed in sherwani and a small smile playing on his face.
damini caress his photo and a tear drop on photo.
damini(sobbing)-"why did u do this to me??just for revenge!!how could u believe that mamma had something to ur father.u should have told the truth instead of playing games.u spoiled my life,my sisters life,my everything.i trusted u so much. i had truely loved u but u betrayed me.i wonder have ever said truth to me??have u ever loved me??but whatever happens was for good.now it has been 6 years,and see prithvi sexana, damini gujral is still strong.u couldn't shattered her.i will never forgive u.
and i wish i never see ur face."
and wipes her tears when she heard a knock at the door..and hide the photo under bed sheet cover.
damini(composing herself and pretending to read file)-"come in"
ella-"damini"
damini-"mamma app. come inside.what happened?"
ella lookes at her daughter and her red-swallowed eyes and symthysis with her but doesn't mention to her.ella knows damini never shows herself to anyone and tell her heart out to anyone.
ella-"i just came to call u for breakfast."
damini-"but mamma."
ella-"damini,i know u have to rush to office but not with out breakfast okk.so
come down .i m waiting.."
pats her head,smiles at her and leaves from there.
damini keeps back his photo and leaves with files.
in roshini room-
roshini is sleeping on her soft,fluffy,pink bed,lost in her dreams,hugging her
teady.ella enters her room and look around the messy room and then on bed where her little angel,roshini is sleeping.ella smiles at her innocense and walks to her bed and sit beside her and admire her.
ella bend down and kisses her forehead which broke roshini sleep and she woke up smiling at her mamma.
rosh(sleepy,hugging her)-"good morning mamma"
ella-"good morning my bacha!! so having a sweet dream..huh??"
roshini nodded still sleepy.ella smiles at her.
ella-"roshini get up...its already 8a.m. breakfast is ready.."
hearing 8a.m. roshini jump out her bed and sees clock and groan..
rosh-"not again..i m late..damini di must have already got ready.i promised her to go with her today and i m still in my bed...today,again i will be late for
office."
ella(smiles)-"yes,damini is already ready and is on breakfast table and so be
quick and rush down.i think damini would take half hour to go today.she had called mr.sharma, so u have almost half an hour so now be quick.we will be waiting at dinning table."
roshini nodded and kisses her cheek,hugging her
rosh-"love u mamma..i will be down in 15min"
and rushes to bathroom.
and ella leave smiling at her childish behavior.
on dinning table-
after 15min ,all were seated.
avni was busy with chahat,her 5year old daughter,chahat gujral.chahat is very
sweet,cute,had brown eyes,broad eye-brows,bubbly,naughty on the whole copy of her father-SAMEER SEXANA.avni was trying her to maake her drink milk which chahat was continuously was neglecting.everyone was looking at her and adoring her,smiling with her at her childish act.
avni(sternly)-"chahat,please beta,have it.its good for u"
chahat-"nooo...mammma..i wanna choco...mill ij yakkk(milk is yakkk)"
avni-"please...have i.after this i will give u chocolate"
chahat(spoons in her hand,tapping on table throwing her tantrums)-"nooo...fhist choco...del too favlate..(first chocolate that to favorite)"
avni-"but chahat.."
rosh-"oh come on di,leave her .if she doesn't want to drink milk than don't force my baby doll.and anyways she is just like jiju,he also does not like..."
and stop abruptly realizing what she said. and everyone was silent once again remembering their past.
finally silence was break by chahat screaming..
chahat-"mamma...choco..."
avni(shouts)-"no i wont give u...u will have this milk and that final.."
give her glass of milk in her tiny small hands and runs to her room ,hiding her
tears.
rosh-"i m sorry.."
ella-"rosh,take chahat with u ,made her first drink milk and than give her two
chocolates..."
chahat-"two..."
and jumps from her sit and ran to her nani.
ella made her sit in her lap.
chahat-"sah nani,two choco(showing two with her little fingers,ella nods her head)(sach two chocolate)"
kisses ella cheek and then went with roshini..
damini-"mammma...avni"
ella-"u go talk to mr.sharma.he has been waiting for long.i will talk to avni..don't worry she will be fine. i will see her."
damini nodded and leaves.
ella took a deep breathe and went to avni room.
