I'm quoting this very late but brilliant post Swapna, I'm glad I didn't miss this. You have highlighted every factor that makes Anjali unlikeable. She is a character I never liked...even when she was "positive." I have no patience for women like her who are delusional, husband-worshiping, lacking self-respect and highly dependent on men. Repulsive. She wants everyone to ruin their lives just to make her world perfect. As long as she's happy, she'll be happy for others...the way she is happy for Arnav and Khushi right now. It amuses me that people can't see through her fakeness. They think she is back to being sweet. She was never sweet to begin with. She was always selfish and attention-seeking...wanting to be the center of your husband's life is fine but wanting the same from your married brother is creepy and puke-worthy.It's hilarious that both Shyam and Arnav want Khushi more than they want her though. This is what she gets for being so selfish and delusional to others pain. Khushi will forever have to sacrifice her happiness and limelight for this woman. I've had it with her. It would help if she would get rid of the ever-present FAKE smile, pout and baby-voice...what is that all about?

Well said Priyanka.š We sail in the same boat always but when about Poojali we are even strongerš I was neutral about the character but I always had negative vibes about this character. May be I have seen the above mentioned streaks about this character from the beginning . No offense but I always felt the actor is OTT many times. Her smile, giggling everything seemed fake to me. i could never feel for her pain.
Her agenda in life is "no one should be happy when she is not happy". Such a hypocrite she is I tell you.
@ bold agree. She is faking. She is to her fake sweetness when she got her Mr Snake's call for the first time after being thrown out. She didnt have her snake beside her so she was acting b*****y when Arhi were together and when all is well in this fool's paradise she is faking sweetness. She talked to Khushi for the first time after Shyam being thrown out not because Arnav said he loves her or whatever but because her Snake called her and all iz well.
@ green, there is a saying. For whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
@blue, dont let me start over there. Its absolutely creepiness to the Tš”
I dont understand why she want to shove herself down our throatsš” I just abhor this character like hell now.
Period!!!!š

Well said Sarunfan4ever!
- Anjali is either amazingly selfish, or ridiculously stupid! I understand that when you love someone you can tend to be blinded, but seriously have some self respect!
- You love your Chote...as a older sister you have the role to play not only as the older sibling, but as a mother figure...yet when Shyam was thrown out, you started resenting your brothers married relationship...jealous???? That is not normal.
Having said that, we also have to understand that in shows like this if there is no conflict, the show can only go on for so long, so there is need for drama. The writers though have to understand however that though there has to have conflict, they need to really have a firm grasp on story lines...Anjali was portrayed as a sweet innocent sister, now she is a selfish, uncaring??? There are times you have her as a victim, now she is seen as a liar meeting with Shyam...stop dragging things a long and expose those 2, and then get the drama started with Garima and the Raizada's...There are too many things happening at one time and nothing is being addressed! On a side note...where is Akash father? I mean he also witnessed Shyam doing things like key getting copied?? Another example of things happening in the story and never getting addressed.Just my opinion...
This character is beyond understandingš and is getting more and more weird with each passing episode. Why so much focus on her? She seems so fake now.
I really hope that she will not get hurt this time coz she will have the whole clan around her.

Phew! 62+ pages later!Anjali is a flawed character to begin with, but the way the writers are handling her is more disgusting1) which woman, willingly takes away the limelight from her brother's shaadi? Take away from the bride's Mehendi? Even if the family suggest it, this woman SHOULD have had better sense. flawed writing2) Why does she think its okay to cry about her brother's married life all the while sneaking behind his back? why the disrespect behind Arnav's decision?3) Why does she want shyam to come back into her brother's house? if you want to coochie-coo with your hubby, move the f**k out! This woman's constant need to be center of attention, specially her brother's attention is actually gross. That said, its time to cut the umblicial cord between arnav and didi. enough is enoughAnd the baby voice with that SMILE pisses me off.. you know that smile " awww... sweeet gooeey me! innocent me, everyone sacrificed for me? haww" smile.and pop the baby already!
