Shyham..forget ghansham..I have watched too many Hindi movies..

The slime, sleaze ball, scum bag, rascal, the rat you forgot to spray on,,the unforgiving zit that pops

suddenly on your face, the wart that refuses to go away..

Certainly that about sums up the strength of our feeling for Shyham..

Shyham is a mystery as to his background and where he stands in the khushi arnav relationship..

Poor Shyahm ..is soo stereotypical that even without his exact motive known he stands no chance of

being liked in the show

The biggest turn off is that he is the average looking man on the street that I am more likely to

meet , than an Arnav..He is ordinary, middle class ,boring..and that in itself makes him barely tolerable.

Now Arnav is the elite rich and blessed with more than a share of good looks and he is more

likely going to be what I am going to be partial to...It is always the unattainable that is more attractive..call me materialistic..but honest

So even before Shyham's role is defined..we HATE him..why??

Because he probably represents the humdrum,the unexciting, the predicatable..

Moreover Shyham is the total antithesis of Arnav

Where Arnav continues to displease,,Shyham aims to please(this sets my teeth on edge)

Where Arnav is self asserting, Shyham is self effacing

Where Arnav is all fire and smoulder , Shyham is calm and rational...

In short Shyham is too good to be true..

So all in all Shyham is destined to be disliked and add to that if the rumours are true, of being a two

timing cad then he stands no chance..

Fipside.If the story follows the 'original' love traingle track then the upside is we get a jealous Arnav and that

truly would a sight to remember!!!!

I have no words to describe how well you've defined my feelings for Shyam... there is nothing about him that catches my eye!!!...

Your description is so accurate, and believable... I still fail to understand how Shyam's presence would make Arnav jealous... Arnav is a world on his own...while Shyam doesn't have an ounce of anything catchy or important about him... Portrayed as a SUPER BECHARA in comparison with Arnav!!

Super bechara...OMG..that is the best description I have read about shyham...

Yet this superbecharaa makes me ill at ease...there is no feel good element about him..

and Arnav would be jealous of a bean pole once he becomes passionate about Khushi because love

makes you insecure if not reciprocated..or perceived to be so..and I am sure Arnav would be quite obtuse in love...so super becharas have their uses..

I just wonder what exact role Laxmi's is ???😆 is she going to be a go between Khushi and Arnav..??am puzzling this one soo far..and we seem to have had Laxmi free episodes now for a week which makes me worried.😆😆

Firstly, I cant tell you how much I enjoyed reding your post! Especially the first part. It was quite satisfying 😆
Shyam is definitely a character in which from the first time you look at him, you know that man has something evil up his sleeve. The actor should definitely be praised for this as expressing these sort of things to an audience can be very tough. Also they way Shyam is portrayed as a starkly opposite character to Arnav, somehow angers people probably because as you said earlier it's too good to be true. Even the average middle class looks also plays a part as most people (including myself), would obviously drool over the guy with much better looks, higher class and the one who plays hard-to-get (in this case, it's Arnav).

Gosh...I'm also amazed at the last few Laxmi free episodes...cause I was beginning to think she was part of the star cast...and would not be making guest appearances or doing a cameo... I guess she'll be back soon... besides Manorama can't live happily without her "Missed Kaal"

Great you found this satisfying .. And glad you agree as I Would always go for the hard to get Arnav so you nailed it girl!!!

hes wayy too boring..always wanting to please...ya know how they say..someone acting too much of a goody two shoes always have a hidden agenda..we all get HIS hidden agenda...plus he doesnt even know KHUSHI...n just like tht he moves into their place...EKKK can ya be more creeeppyy...maybe he wants to marry her..u cant marry someone like tht...ever heard of a DATE u creepo !!!!!
