There are very few actresses in Indian Television who had outstanding career througout in industry. Shweta Tiwari is also one of the diversified celebrity of Indian television industry who lead in as popular star for number of years. Shweta tiwari was born on October 4, 1980 in Pratapgarh disctrict of Uttar Pradesh in India. Shweta is daughter of Ashok & Nirmala Tiwari, she brought up in Mumbai also got early education in St. Isabel School Mumbai. In early age of 12, she joined a travel agency with a reasonable salary amounted Rs. 500/= per month..She is a graduate in commerce from Burhanis College in Mazegaon,and has a younger brother by the name Nidhaan

Shweta noticed first time by famous director in a stage show Khoobsoorat Bahu. Later on she initiated television career with Aaney Wale Pal. Her breakthrough performance on television begun from Balaji telefilms serial 'Kasauti Zindagi Kay' During the show she acclaimed off screen name of Prerna also in her real life Shweta Tiwari continued to create strong impact on viewers around the globe. Due to dynamic performance in soap steered her to win many awards along sharing best chemistry with Cezzane Khan. She continuously won award for Favorite Bahu, Favorite Maa & Favorite Jodi in SPA (Star Parivar Awards) popular awards of Star Plus. Kasauti Zindagi Kay on aired about 7 years in which Shweta shown in many characters with different generation leaps. Mean while she also done numerous advertisements, product endorsements campaigns, and dance shows & cameos. Shewta proved to be triumph card for Balaji telefilms she did some other shows for them Karam, Kahin Kissi Roz & Kya Hadsa Kya Haqeeqat etc.

Prerna,is a talented girl and respects everyone.She is the daughter of Rajesh Sharma and Veena Sharma.Before marriage,she became mother of Prem,the son of Anurag Basu.Later on,when Anurag discovered what Komolika was up to,he was going to marry Prerna but they could not meet and Rishabh Bajaj forced Prerna to marry him.Shweta Tiwari is the bubbly,sweet,typical EKTA KAPOOR SERIAL HEROINE.The story revolves around the trials she faces in her life. She is always ready to fight for justice. She fights against her whole family on behalf of getting justice for Mukti.She makes the young girls Mukti and Sneha realize about their rights and power as a woman. She is the constant inspiration for everyone to fight against justice. The direction of this serial is excellent, especially when the emotional and dramatic scenes are handled. Shweta Tiwari have given full life to their characters, correspondingly gathering the admiration and wrath of their spectators. She is outstanding in emotional sequences,especially where Rishabh Bajaj comes back. Prerna is an also a business type woman

'Jaane Kya Baat Hui' Produced by Cinevistaas on COLOR is a story about Aradhana portrayed by Shweta Tiwari, who is the 'Manjhli Bahu' of the Sareens. She has been married to Shailendra for 10 years and is the vertebrae of the entire Sareen family. Aradhana is absolutely altruistic and benevolent. She has given up her motherhood to take care of her young nephew and niece since their mother Vrinda is handicapped due to a failed surgery. She is the backbone of the entire Sareen household as she easily manages to come out with quick solutions to the toughest problems. While she takes care of the entire family, she always tends to forget about herself'her life, her dreams, her interests and her aspirations. She starts to lose grip over her martial life and finds herself caught in a loveless marriage, wherein her husband stops being receptive towards her and her feelings. One day a mysterious stranger Shantanu enters her life that brings about turmoil in her being. Shweta did this role as good as she did in kasauti but unfortunately Creatives ruined the story and show go offair but its comming soon in Pakistani channel "indus vision" from 3rd january 2011 Monday to thrusday.

Now Shweta Tiwari signed Colors Big Boss Season 4.In Big Boss Contestants brought in from different careers, actors, models, politicians, etc in one house, they have to go through tasks, every week will get every one of them to nominate two for eliminations, there will be voting line for the eliminations nominations to save the favourite, There r a lots of drama happening to gain TRPs, like backstabbing, abusing,they usually get punishments from Bigg Boss, either they all get nominated, or people who were doing this get nominated' As now shweta Tiwari is part of this show so we all want her to Win and we think she will win for sure as she is very talented and her Fans is alwaya praying for her'

Being a versatile actress, Shweta is also a great dancer. She danced in number of events but her dancing skills prominently noticed in dance reality show called Nach Baliye 2 where she had burned out the floor with her real life Baliye (Partner) Raja Choudary. She proved herself to be a competent dancing pair as she returned back in wild card entry dramatically in later stage of program. Unfortunately, she missed out due to terrible disaster of Raja Choudary incidental illness open wide doors to other contestants to lead the show. Shweta tiwari's hard work praised as she worked real hard to make strong comeback in wildcard but fate made her unable to perform in the show no more.She host several reality based dance shows. She also judged dance reality show called 'Aaja Mahi Vay'. Recently Shweta also ended as host of Sony Tv well known dance game show Jhalak Dikjlaa Jaa 3 alongside with Rohit Roy and recently she performed in Serial sanjog se bani sangini
