Has Kajol forgotten how to act?

This is one actor who seems to be ruining her legacy. Her recent acting ventures have drawn significant criticism towards her acting which is a huge contrast to the kind of feedback she would get for her acting in her prime.

While good actors consistently remain good in most cases be it Vidya, Rani etc, who have consistenly shown solid work even in their recent ventures. What is happening with Kajol though. Lets discuss.

She was fine in sarzameen the movie was bad

Her horror movie ma is a hit

She was bad in teen Patti because she didn't get the accent right but that intense scene with shaheer was so damn good

She was amazing in tribhanga really good

No, she hasn't forgotten it... She got praised for her performance in Maa...and Saalam Venky was a really good movie with an impressive Kajol performance... I think that it's more due to the inexperience of Boman Irani's son... I even wonder why Kajol agreed to the movie (out of friendship?).

she has become boring. she has to reinvent.

Her style of acting is still stuck in the 90’s.. she’s not able to get out of Anjali mode ..

her film ma is flop as the budget is 60 cr and the film made 38 crs at the BO .

i have read bad reviews for both sarzamen and maa esp for kajol's acting and maa is a flop..it started decent but it fell post that and emerged a flop

She was good in salam venky and was fine in sarzameen as well, I found her OTT in tribhanga but I think that was her character.

She was the second weakest link of Do patti so so bad.
