Jennifer Mistry Beniwal reveals if Disha Vakani quit TMKOC due to toxicity on sets: ‘Seedhi chadna mana tha..’

Actress Jennifer Mistry, known for her role as Roshan Sodhi in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, recently opened up in an interview with Pinkvilla, offering insight into Disha Vakani’s prolonged absence from the show and the production team’s efforts to bring her back. Her revelations shed light on the dynamics that may have contributed to Disha’s quiet exit.

Jennifer recalled her own experience during her pregnancy, sharing that she had pleaded with the show’s makers not to replace her and was eager to return. She also described Disha as a very reserved individual who always valued her privacy. If there were any differences between her and the production team, Jennifer believes Disha would not have voiced them publicly. “She always wanted to get married, have children, and live a peaceful life with her family,” she added, suggesting that Disha may have simply chosen her personal life over professional commitments.

While the official return of Dayaben continues to remain uncertain, Jennifer’s comments give fans a glimpse into the emotional and personal factors that may have influenced Disha’s decision to step away.
