Kjo wants power, it's all about ego - he needs to be known as the Kingmaker and have everyone falling over him. If he wants, people become successful, and vice versa. Alia gave him just that and listens blindly to him as well, unlike others he launched who can fall back on their parents and aren't totally dependable on him, or the likes of SRK/Kajol who he has always been on the backfoot with.

Kjo also needs to be with the younger crowd, he doesn't like hanging out with the older folks. Look at him tell the wives on the FLOBW show that he has FOMO that he's not on a group with Suhana, Ananya, etc. Everyone is replaceable to Karan, and I think he's been looking for Alia's replacement for a while.

Attachment just happens! She was his adopted child before he had Yash and Ruhi. Emotions don’t follow logic.

About him working with Tripti. We don’t know if he will go all out for her. It all depends on how their relationship develops.

I think he has a major psychological problem with the way he gets obsessed with some people like SRK, Kajol, Alia etc. He also seems to see himself in Alia. He doesn’t seem he’s secure in himself at all and always trying to derive security from other’s relationship with him. When one breaks he finds another to shift his focus on.

I’ve always wondered this too. Aloo paid her cards very very cunningly! Woman is cunning,‘I’ll give her that. And now it seems like a quid-pro-quo situation. She’ll scratch his back, he, her’s. Lol. It’s very weird though b/c KJo has never made his dislike for Bhatts a secret, and the Bhatts aren’t the type to like KJo, am guessing. Wonder what happened. 🤔

Atleast with Kajol, Rani or SRK he had something in common like he worked with them or the Mukerji sisters belonged to same elite clan
