Shambhavi Singh recalls shooting in Snowy Manali For Mr. and Mrs Parshuram; “It Felt Like I Was Living A Scene

Shooting in snow-covered mountains may look magical on screen, but for actors, it often comes with its own challenges. For actress Shambhavi Singh, who plays Shalini in Star Plus' Mr and Mrs Parshuram, the recent shooting schedule in Manali turned out to be a memorable experience, straight out of a Bollywood romance.

The team recently travelled to Manali to shoot an important sequence for the show. The upcoming track will feature a major kidnapping drama that is expected to bring a lot of excitement to the storyline. Talking about her experience, Shambhavi shared, "One of my favourite moments from the Manali schedule was shooting a romantic sequence in a chiffon saree amidst the snow-capped mountains. It felt like I was living a scene straight out of those classic Bollywood love stories we all grew up watching. While it looked magical on screen, filming in those freezing temperatures was definitely challenging. This was my first time witnessing snowfall, and it was a surreal experience. In fact, many members of our crew were seeing snow for the first time, so there was a lot of excitement on set. The cold was intense, and I even fell sick because we're so used to Mumbai's weather. But the beauty of the location and the excitement of filming there made it all worthwhile."

The experience became even more memorable because it was Shambhavi's first time witnessing snowfall. Watching snow fall for the first time left her amazed and added a personal touch to the entire schedule.

Interestingly, she was not the only one experiencing snowfall for the first time. Several members of the crew also had their first encounter with snow during the Manali shoot. This created a sense of excitement and enthusiasm on the set, making the schedule a special memory for everyone involved.
