'We remember nothing': Hina Khan reveals she almost forgot first anniversary with Rocky Jaiswal

Television actor Hina Khan and her husband Rocky Jaiswal recently marked their first wedding anniversary, but the occasion almost slipped their minds. The actor shared a heartfelt social media post revealing that it was fans, family members and well wishers who reminded the couple about the milestone.

On June 6, Hina took to Instagram and posted a series of photographs showcasing anniversary gifts, flowers, notes and a cake sent by admirers. The first image featured a greeting card carrying the message, "Happy anniversary my love." Another photograph showed a cake with the words, "Happy Anniversary HIRO."

Alongside the pictures, Hina reflected on how she and Rocky view special occasions. She wrote, "They say it’s a very special day, but I guess each day is special to us." Explaining why the date escaped their attention, she added, "Dates don’t matter, moments do and besides our birthdays, we remember nothing. That’s how it’s always been."

The actor also expressed gratitude towards those who reached out with wishes and gifts. Thanking her loved ones, she wrote, "Thanks to our families and well wishers for reminding us that it’s our first."

Hina and Rocky first crossed paths on the sets of the television show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. While Hina played the lead role of Akshara, Rocky was working behind the scenes as a supervising producer. Their friendship gradually turned into a relationship, and they remained together for more than a decade before getting married in an intimate ceremony on June 4, 2025.

The couple's relationship drew attention in recent years after Hina publicly revealed her breast cancer diagnosis in 2024. Throughout her treatment and recovery journey, Rocky remained by her side and frequently accompanied her during medical appointments. Hina has often acknowledged his support during that period.
