One last thing, sorry since I didn't get to write my review after watching the film, I'm spamming now. 😆
I honestly feel that to truly understand the template/palette of a commercial film, the makers have to unabashedly embrace few core cinematic elements without being shy in their writing itself. Kill off somebody important for that gutted feeling, push the hero down in dumps before he rises like a Phoenix. The hero's win should feel like audience's victory, so give a super strong motive to the villian and not just collecting pieces of astra for someone who is barely present in the movie. Give a couple of powerful supporting characters. (not just casting powerful supporting actors) and finally do something that shocks the audience in between the movie. All these things make sure people come back to the theater fora repeat viewing. Otherwise will pass it off as a one time watch. 😆
Very good observation! One of those things that a director does on purpose....and as it is in Mohans appartment that makes me hope even more for a spin-off movie with Mohan's backstory.
Ahh 250 lifetime. Again, needs about 370cr in India nett to break even. The film has done well if we take budget out of the equation. Cute attempt. But yeah no.
