It does but for people with severe issues.. they do need help.

I think anyone who has mental issues should try to add yoga in their daily routine. It’s a massive HELP.

^ Yoga was life changing ... I legit get high after a hot yoga class (probably the endocannibinoids).

No offense, don't really believe in homeopathy but don't mind trying, who knows... I have been reading a lot into alternative medicines and stuffs despite never believing in them.

Kali phos works đź’Ż

One can take it normally too with lesser potency. Helps with memory and cognition.

I generally always take homeopathic medicines when I’m sick. No allopathy. Even if I have fever, cold etc. It has always worked for me.

For people with anxiety and sleep issues - can add oats in your daily diet as well. It helps.

People with anxiety and sleep problems may most likely have gut issues.

Have stress and anxiety due to deadlines at work and at home due to my son’s school.

I try to ignore stress related to my son’s school because I convince myself that he’s still young.. and stressing about his studies now won’t help..

For work related stress, I go for walk in evenings with my son after coming back from office.

I have personally had a client who was going through the episode of over-stressing himself. It eventually leads to anxiety sometimes. I am sharing his experience in a synopsis and how he overcame it with the help of health supplements.

He was a physically fit man who used to do a nine-to-five job. His habit of working out helped him lead a healthy life. However, when the promotion was coming near, he started panicking a lot. The stress crossed the bar, and it was slowly forming into self-esteem issues, anxiety, and lack of confidence. His overthinking and stressful thoughts did not even allow him to have a night of peace.

When I heard about his troubles and how he is getting close to insomnia, I immediately suggested melatonin supplements for sleep to him. It helps the person soothes the nervous system. The best part about melatonin is that they do not develop into addiction even after regular consumption. So after taking a pill, in fifteen to twenty minutes, your head will start feeling light because of the hormones it activates. Moreover, it is the best hack to reduce stress and anxiety. The night is the time when we allow our fears to take over our potential. So when we cut down that period and focus on sleeping well, those thoughts do not get the chance to get over our heads. When he started consuming them every night before sleeping, he himself could find a difference in his mental health.

The next thing that I asked him to follow was stress management tips. No matter how much outside support you take to deal with stress, the best way to overcome it is through good management. Make a proper planner of what work you will do first and how much time to dedicate to what activity. When you sort your task list in such a manner, there is no scope for procrastination or delay. That alone can beat half of your stress.

Lastly, I told him to change his diet to a healthy one. Just like your body, your mind also needs essential nutrients for proper functioning. Any sort of nutritional deficiency or lack of sleep is an open invitation to mental health issues. By following these methods, he could recover from anxious and depressive thoughts. Whenever you are going through such difficulties, do not be afraid to ask for help. The mind is just another body part that requires an equal amount of care and nourishment.

I have clinical depression, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, severe insomnia and PTSD. On long term medication for 4 years now. I also have physical illnesses like cardiomyopathy and anemia which I’m taking medications for. Basically I have a lot of health issues which makes my mental health worse and vice versa.

Well I guess everyone has gone through through any of these once or more than once in their life span but what we could do is only spread awareness and help people to overcome their difficulties. One of the best ways to do so is self love and that comes from practicing meditation exercising and health food diets with a good life style. To learn more read on the page present on my bio about mental health.
