Those saying poor Deepika after seeing this photoshoot, Deepika knew about the photoshoot and saw the pics before they released. 

Ranveer has mentioned that he usually discusses his photoshoots with Deepika and sends her pics to get her opinion,  and according to this article she loved the concept. 

What did wife Deepika Padukone think of them? The source adds, "She was blown away by them. In fact, she was looped in on this entire shoot from the very start and she absolutely loved the concept. She saw the images before they hit the internet. Deepika has always supported Ranveer and has been his biggest champion. So when it came to doing something totally different, she didn’t flinch."
