Hectic Luxury Urban City Life with living in big house etc. or Simple Happy Small City Life with small house/apartment.

Small city are equally hectic, I prefer tourist spots and happening urban city life .. I prefer apartments or small houses though..

Dream! but will it be possible live youth years when earning money is priority/necessity?

Ideally, would love to be running my own company in a penthouse overlooking the central park in New York City.

Have another house in a suburban area and another one in an island, like a vacation house depending on the weather/mood of the season.

Another one in a village in Italy... another one in London .... another one in Vienna, and the list is endless.

That sounds less like simplicity and more like walking a fine line between too little and too much. Doesn't sound very simple to me.

Unless inherited to achieve all of it you will have not lived life but chased money. What if another pandemic comes wouldn't you prefer to have lived life small than waste chasing money.
