Yes itv has normalised slapping so effing much be it by man or woman. What worse is that most of the ppl actually find it funny or don't mind when a man gets slapped or beaten by woman.

Totally agree with this. It's like he triggers a part of her that isn't filtered or overly concerned with what he would think. Very refreshing to see her fighter spirit. Sure, we see it when she's trying to stay positive despite the tragedy and trauma she (and the entire family went through), but she's always fighting to keep her emotions under control. Pritam brings out the part of her that she's been keeping under lock and key for a long time, perhaps because of her status as a bahu of the household. I'm sure the Sakhuja's have always been fair and respectful with her, genuine in their affection, but the rooftop discussion with her parents made me wonder how much of that her true self had left behind when when she got married.

But that's not right na She lets her emotion overpower when it comes to Pritam and says all those mean words and accuses him of all the wrong thing based on her assumptions only.He may bring the fighter spirit out but she's so wrong for venting out on him😭I hope she realises it soonish.

Baki I guess you're right.

While I see from the post that Pritam is her only outlet, I fail to understand the ‘why’. Yes, she found him in messy situations, but she had seen him being nice and cool far too many times already. But, its the case of first impression; and judging the book by its cover.

She does need to manage her anger. For her sake. And more so, for the unborn child’s sake.

That she definitely needs!

Check the above post by Jean (inlieu ) might have the answer to your why.

But yes Amrita is still stuck by that first impression

It's not right but that's how their journey starts. She will be able to be her true self in front of him as time passes. For once, she doesn't have to care about filtering her words and can just be at ease.

As for why she's venting, well she's hold this huge tank full of emotions that she never lets out, plus maybe she's emotionally sensitive because of her pregnancy, so she can't hold it in forever.

When they get to know one another better, things will be different. Also, don't forget she had a very bad first impression of him that she connects all subsequent events to.

This does make sense.. I was really moved during the god bharai when she vented out and said ''Ye admi us ladki ka katil bhale hi na ho, lekin ye meri khushi ka katil hai..'' she felt betrayed for somewhat beginning to trust him and that's where the hurt and anger came from.. If you come to think of it, gussa apno pe hi ata hai.. you don't get affected so much by a random stranger on the street or a kirayedar who is just living in your house.. She has a lot of hurt, anger and pain deep down in her heart and somehow Pritam is the only one who she channelizes all that out on..

I understand that, I truly do. But she has anger issues yaar The words she said to him were so hurtful. Those words still haurts him. We saw that in today's epi🥺

@b if she goes by that she'll keep on hurting him with all these awful words she says when she's angry😭I hope she works on her temper a lil and thinks through rationally.
