Was going through Twitter when found this. It never occurred to me before but now that I think of it...sorta make sense to me.

I picked up on what her dad said and was intrigued. She is always taking out her anger, justified or not on Pritam only. Adorable as she is, when she gets angry, she is full on angry and a little scary!

Sad but true. She has been thrust into the “adarsh bahu” role mainly by a MIL whose motherly love I am sure is conditional to her remaining the bahu & not thinking about moving on in life. In that role, Amrita who must be in her mid twenties is playing in-loco-parentis to her 2 devars also. And in order to be adarsh she cannot sulk or lose her temper or simply laze about based on her mood.

I think so too. But I hope she finds other outlets as well eventually. Because it is obviously not healthy to have only one person as an outlet and neither is trying to be ideal 24*7

Yes!!! Poor thing..needs a job,a person who she can share her sadness and anger.. therapy!!!

Yes I think this is correct. Amrita is not in a position to express any of her emotions be it anger or sorrow. The family has lost their son and they are in a financial mess. And so she does not want to cry and make them more sad. I think Pritam is the only person to whom she is not hiding any of her emotions and just lets it out.....mostly in the form of anger.

Her words to Pritam are super hurtful yaar😭 Just coz he's not family(yet) she says anything to him😭

True that😭 The fam loves her but the expectations from her is super high. She even lied to dadi about the ring light just to avoid her disappointment in her.

Pritam knows how to keep a check on his temper she tho needs to work on it otherwise, it'll be indeed an unhealthy relationship where she'll vent out only on him and he'll be at the receiving end of it all

I hope she finds a job soon😆.I can't take her venting on Pritam every single time😭
