Bollywood stars houses and homes?

I have noticed one thing, that many bollywood actors and actresses live in completely average homes or apartments, why is that? Even Salman Khan for example lives in a very small apartment, which will be considered a (below average) apartment in most other parts of the world.

Here in America, most hollywood stars live in Supersize beautiful mansions.

The other part is that the same actors have huge houses outside of India, like in Dubai for example.

Because they live in mumbai.

California is cheaper than Mumbai I guess. Also Mumbai doesn't have much space. The best a celeb can do is buy multiple apartments and make it into one large penthouse.

I think Indians are being cheated, I have seen the quality of homes in Mumbai (mostly) is really bad with mold everywhere, yet the prices are way more then here in America. I mean if they are charging that much at least build quality homes.

Indians need to come to America or go to Dubai to see what real quality of homes are. Looks like there is corruption happening in this too

Salmans galaxy towers are decades old ... but the interiors would be splendid , same for other stars .
They have many secondary luxury Spacious homes both in India and abroad .

I think most of them are sea facing apartments. Owning a sea facing land is not easy - I mean Bollywood stars have to complete with such real estate with Business men who are far wealthy .

With that much money where are the fancy mansions😕

Even Floppy's overrated home is trash. Maybe because India is a Third World country. They hardly know what looks nice and what looks tacky.
