Sharvari and Vedang Raina's reported friendship fuels fresh discussion around Sunny Kaushal breakup rumours

Sharvari Wagh and Sunny Kaushal have once again found themselves at the centre of relationship speculation, with recent reports claiming that the actors have gone their separate ways after being together for several years. While neither of them has publicly addressed the rumours, the reported breakup has sparked fresh discussion about their personal and professional journeys.

The two actors were reportedly in a relationship for nearly six years. They were first linked around the time of Kabir Khan's series The Forgotten Army: Azaadi Ke Liye in 2020. Over the years, they maintained a low profile and rarely spoke about their equation in public.

According to a report by The Free Press Journal, industry insiders believe changing career dynamics may have contributed to the reported split. While Sunny continued to receive appreciation for performances in films such as Gold, Shiddat, Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga and Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba, Sharvari's visibility grew significantly following projects like Munjya and Maharaj.

The publication quoted an insider as saying, “Sharvari is more famous than Sunny today. So, it kind of made things awkward between the two. And, it is one of the reasons that got them to go their separate ways in 2025.”

The report also referred to what it described as an "Abhimaan situation", drawing a comparison to the 1973 film starring Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bhaduri. The phrase is often used to describe circumstances where two people from the same profession experience different levels of public recognition. However, these claims remain speculative and neither actor has commented on them.

Meanwhile, Sharvari has been making headlines for Main Vaapas Aaunga, in which she stars opposite Vedang Raina. Although reports suggest the film has witnessed a modest box office run, the pairing of Vedang and Sharvari has generated conversation online.

The Free Press Journal report further mentioned rumours of a close friendship between Vedang and Sharvari. However, there has been no confirmation from either actor regarding their personal equation.

As of now, there is no official statement from Sharvari or Sunny Kaushal regarding the reported breakup. Until the actors address the matter themselves, the claims continue to remain based on media reports and unnamed industry sources.
