The stereotypical and pointless expectations that come with age groups needs to be trashed in the archives. That's one of the many reasons contributing to poor mental health where society makes you feel like if you've not achieved something by a certain age, there is no hope or it's shameful. I believe Priyanka also married in her late 30s. I'm sure if her relationship with Ranbir lasted 7 years, she had all the intentions of making it last but sometimes things don't work out. That's life. Why shame people for the low moments of their life?! That's like kicking someone when they are already down.

Because she didn’t thought he will dump her or choose his mother over her...I think these two narratives were pushed the most.

Priyanka got married when she was 36. Katrina is 37 now. It can happen anytime and she's apparently dating Vicky so yeah... anyways, it doesn't matter even if she doesn't marry. Marriage is not a goal of life, as long as she's healthy and happy it's her wish to marry or not.

She's not Indian so she didn't understand the parental dynamics. Woman often ignore their parent's disapproval but desi men hardly ever do. Eventually they will do whatever their parents want. If Neetu and Rishi didn't like Kat, marriage was never going to happen.

An Indian woman in her place would have dumped him years before because she would have seen the writing on the wall.

Also these long relationships hardly ever lead to marriage. There's a reason why the guy is taking so long to propose. Something is holding him back. John did the same to Bipasha and then quickly put a ring on Priya.

John did really have a long relationship. I thought the two were an awesome couple. Shahid Kapoor had affairs with kareena and then rumor Priyanka and then went for arranged marraige? Katrina had a long relationship with Bhai -who will never get married. Then same with Ranbir-who seems to be next Salman. Maybe she is western and does not want a husband??? But she seems very decent, never speaks ill of her ex, just seems like decent and fun loving person-maybe she is happy being single, As long as she froze her eggs she has time. Neena Gupta took a very different route. I think more than marriage, kids are more important, when you get old you need something to hold on to.

I guess she ignored the fact that Neetu didnt approve whereas a desi born girl wouldve seen right through it and opted out earlier. 7 years is a long time to be invested with someone. Compared to Alia and Ranbir practically being engaged within less than two years and all because Neetu likes her and RK realizes he's approaching 40..... its disgusting the way they did Katrina dirty and i sincerly hope she finds happiness with someone who will cherish her. Dont know whether its Vicky but I hope him dating Kat is making RK squirm.

Deepika, Priyanka, Kareena have all done kissing/intimate scenes and item songs too... in fact I’m pretty sure Kareena did the most item songs compared to any other actress and she seems to have one of the happiest marriages 🙃

Because she is from abroad as opposed to Deepika ,Kareena and Priyanka..People hailing from abroad take it easy as far as marriage is concerned.

It's like life is being compared to a chess game where some moves are good and some are bad. A bad career move is a waste of time, a bad personal decision is a waste of time..

If we start spending life thinking about what others are doing, which relationship is going to be a waste of time which is not then what's the point of living? I feel life passes by so fast that you blink and you miss it. So, make the most of it. Why have regrets? Do everything that you want to do.
