Nope I don't think that s possible. Has ranbir really was that cruel as people project him to be Katrina would have left him and not moved in with him.

yup moving in a is a big step in India. Maybe it happened that the relationship couldnt stand the test of time and strain between mother and gf bcz it was quite clear that neetu didnt like kat.

No, trust me. Being trapped in an unhappy marriage or having to break a family apart if children are involved is far worst than being single and freely dating people. Some women are confident and have their own identity. Marriage is absolutely not for everyone.

There's also some truth to it it though. Marriage isn't necessarily a source of ultimate happiness but of companionship and intimacy. How will anyone be okay in life if they don't have that? You can't survive in life by yourself. Friends, parents, siblings all get busy with their lives. Life is horrible if you don't have a partner to come home to. Again yes there are horrible marriages too but I'm talking generally speaking.

You got it right - Katrina was not raised in India so she completely missed the memo that desi men, esply ones who are super attached to their moms like RK, never EVER marry against their mothers' wishes. If the mother doesn't like you, then that's it, your goose is cooked.

To give RK his due, he did try to make it work, he moved out and tried to be independent. But given his f*cked up family dynamic, where Neetu depended on him so much emotionally, he was never going to be able to cut the cord.

Honestly, I dont even think Kat regrets this now. She seems super happy and well adjusted with how her life has turned. Plus these days, women have a lot of options, I know normal, non celebrity women who have settled down into their late 30s and have had kids as late as 40-41 with no complications. In Kat's case I'm sure she has access to the world's best healthcare and resources to make this a reality if she really wants it. Of course it's not ideal but you just make the best of what life gives you.

Yeah women can freeze their eggs. Where I am -abroad-lot of women end up late 30s after a few failed relationships . Unlike men, our clocks start ticking at 35 and fertility goes drastically down and then 40 falls of a cliff. men-they can have babies at 70. Quite a few are freezing their eggs. Expensive, but in western countries, upper middle class can afford to do. That is a sad reality for women. Now there are women who don't want kids which is fine. But I do know women who are 40s/50s and really, really regret not having kids-because they can't now-they have crossed that age. One women even went egg donor route-I never understood that-but she said at least it will be husband's kid.
