Sorry to say but people with more than one or two kids shouldn't be encouraged to have more, especially if they are from Bollywood.. At the age where most people think of retirement or wanting grand children, these bollywood walas area still busy procreating. There is nothing to congratulate them here for. In fact, they should be condemned for overpopulating the country. I am gonna say, shame on saif Ali khan and Kareena for not adhering to gov guidelines in having small family.
