The concept of "complete family" can be answered by the family themselves. Whether they choose not to have any children - they are a complete family. Or they decide to have one child be it a boy or a girl - they are a complete family. And if they decide to have two children be it both boys or both girls or a boy and a girl - they are all complete families.

We seriously need to get out of the mentality of having a boy and a girl child to make a complete family. This is very irksome.
