Itna hi interest hai toh tell KJo what kind of films you wanna do, source a script and do it man.

M really interested to know how the whole industry knows about the characters in a film and which ones they want before they are even approached for it? Script baant dete hai kya sabme.

There were reports that Sushant wanted a character in Sadak 2 and lobbied for it, but didnt get it. Inko script kaun deta hai? Aren't makerd worried about it being plagiarised if they reveal all details openly for every actor to lobby. Waise adhe time to inke khudke scripts chori ke hote hai, so kya hi darr,

Actors' manager. Actors spy on the other celeb clients of the same talent agency through their manager. Reshma is notorious for giving one's project to another client.

It is the same with the rival agency. Forgot which film or whic celeb, but Sonakshi left Kwan after her project had been given to another actress.

Its money which speaks in bollywood.

Whoever pays more, their manager puts more effort and lobbies better for best movies.

I didn't watch. Again basing it more on hearsay. I love my eyes too much. But Shraddha was in Stree for more than 15 minutes. IMO I thought she did a great job being eerie, mysterious and funny at the same time.

Ia absolutely agree,

Ab to behti ganga mein har koi haath dho rahe hai.

Not a fan of Alia, but how everyone has singled out her and being bashed left, right and center is kinda beyond me.

People are pretending as if Bollywood was a happy family place before Kjo-Alia came into scene and before them, roles were never (unfairly) given from one actor to another.

Having said that, did Alia deserve Filmfare for Gullyboy? Definitely NOT.

Calling Shraddha a glam doll in this particular role made no sense. However, in my opinion, neither of the two actresses deserved accolades for the roles (which weren't that great to begin with).

Fair enough! I respect your opinion! But Shraddha didnt receive much anyway is my point. Aloo won all the awards. So her performance was exaggerated and overrated. Like it always is. IMHO

I totally agree. All those awards to mediocre actors and actresses (just because they happen to be from film klans) are a travesty.

Film auditions are like job interviews. Everybody loses one or other job to other candidate. The roles in movies are a same thing. Now I feel everybody is complaining about losing roles. These people should stop being sore losers.
