She was in the the top 2...it had come down to Tara and Naomi and she had auditioned with Mena Mussoud as well. Idk what went wrong...she could audition again for something else she might have made enough contacts to do it.

Yes anyone can but the amount of earnest effort required is lacking. Apart from acting skills, it requires deep focus and hardwork, which Indian stars don't give except when it comes to their look.

Besides competition will be tougher, why should they take an Indian over an American!

Alia has a long way to achieve in India too.
